I would suspect so, the passport photos are one of the requirements needed. 2 photos of each person.

So we would have to resubmit all the forms again? Or just the I-130 with the required evidence? And would we have to pay again?

You shouldn’t need to resubmit or pay again. You’ll just get a letter for required evidence.

        • Well trying to sleep my notifications start to go off after midnight. It was my electronic notifications. Six notifications minutes apart. Two were actually duplicates. All four received. I slept well. Looking at the cases for the I485 it even says fingerprint fee accepted! Now I wait again

did you log on to case status online and see what it says when you enter your case number. it should tell you when you file was received when your NOA was mailed out and when it should be received. If not received by that date it gives you a number to call.

              • I called USCIS today for the request I made regarding the delay in biometrics notice for my case. They told me that they have a target date of December 03 for the resolution of the request, and if I don't hear from them during this time, I can give them a call back again.

I just checked our case status online and it now says “As of Nov. 22, your request is currently not assigned for processing.” This is after a week of it saying it was assigned to an officer for response on Nov 15. (For no biometrics notice).

I am really discouraged. Not sure what to do at this point.
