Yesterday we went for my interview and got approved same day. It was just a fast meeting, more of just verifying everything in my I-485 form face to face and giving her a copy of my daughter’s birth certificate since i gave birth after I submitted my application. Finally, we’ve reached the finish line. I wish everyone good luck and hope your case moves along swift like mine.
Dreamer2013 signing off. See you again in 3yrs for the next big thing.
edited to add my full timeline since i cant add anymore on my signature.

USCIC has 120-days to decide on your application once the interview is complete, any inquiries before that time expires will likely just be deflected.
Also, when we asked for Level 2 officer to call, we were told, they would not have any different info that what we have been given.
We applied to EAD renewal, but it expires end for April, and based on processing times, there is no way it will be renewed before it expires. We cannot apply for hardship due to my income.

[QUOTE=Drushky;n753279]Originally posted by Trini0616 View PostSo we have been calling them once a week for the last 3 weeks and every time they tell us that regulars processing time is 10-29, months so it is within the time frame and we have to wait. No such thing as 120 day post interview. Ugh.

The NOA of the i765 renewal serves as a 180 day extension of your EAD while your case is pending

I also sent documents to renew my EAD card on 1/28/21 which already expired on 1/30/21, still waiting.. Still waiting to hear the results from my interview as well which was on Dec 15th 2020. ????Last edited by nirvana988; 02-06-2021, 04:18 PM.

Ive had two interviews scheduled that have both been postponed, one due to wife having to get her appendix removed and then she tested positive for Covid a month later for the rescheduled interview, luckily I was about to reschedule once again and hopefully it'll be for April onwards so I will pass our 2 year anniversary

Hi all
had our interview today - went well and in my opinion a very straightforward case but no decision yet.
Our interviewing officer said as he was new all his cases have to go through a complete review by his supervisor which could take 2-3 weeks. A bit disappointing that we won’t get a decision today but glad the interview is done and hoping no further requests for information.
