It seems to be happening to quite a few people, ours says the same, but I called USCIS and they told me their system is faulty and to try to use the DHS system, which I did but also the same. Case is in the system and that’s all that matters of course if I don’t get any updates online and continue to get the error in a couple of weeks I will call again.

How can you check tour case on DHS?
i only know that you can check it on USCIS website.
please can you share a link?

10/23/2020 (Fri) - checks cashed
10/26/2020 (Mon) - texts with receipt numbers received

As of today 10/28/2020 (Wed), my case numbers are also getting a "Validation Error: My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered....". Still waiting for mails.

It technically is the same https://www.dhs.gov/how-do-i/check-i...on-case-status only thing is that if you create an account with USCIS, it is handled by DHS. In order for you to use the DHS system, you need to create a USCIS account.

I would suggest you wait until Monday, USCIS will tell you just that. If you call USCIS, they will ask for your SSN but the wait time is about 6 hours. We did not send our medical examination either as the attorney we consulted asked us not to. He said we will most likely get asked to bring this to the interview or closer to it. We got our text on day 29 so you should get yours soon. It seems you are on day 27 from the day it was signed by USCIS. There are delays, the USCIS rep told me over the phone when I called because they received more applications than normal due to the fee increasing on 10/02, which was then delayed.

Good question..So, my online case status showed the “finger print fee received” message for weeks now...I haven’t received an email yet..If you do a google search it shows it could take 3-5 weeks to get a biometric appt..However due to the large number of applicants(due to fee increase)..it could take longer!?! I am just speculating...

I sent my package to Chicago on September 24th. They signed the package as "Received" on September 26th. I was getting a little worried since it has been more than 30 days now but I just checked my money order status again and it finally says "Cashed".
I'm looking forward to get my receipt number as a next step.

Me and my wife we sent the I-130 and the I-485 at the same time.

Hi guys just posting here to give an update. My attorneys office informed me that the check was cashed for my case on 28th October. Coincidentally I had called the law office on 28th morning to inquire about the checks and it had not been cashed till that time. So hopefully, I should have some notification from USCIS soon. I will post further updates once I get any more information.
