I am September 10 2020 filer employment based and my green card got approved last night. Pd Nov 2019. No interview!
There is hope coming up for October soon!!!????

Thanks. Does that mean that your case file wasn't sent to the Field Office? My case file is also at NBC but the field office is NJ. I was wondering if the NJ backlog load will delay NJ cases, but based on what you are saying , it is likely the case can get approved at NBC itself.

One of the happiest days today when my status of I485 application changed to "My New card is being processed." Thank you everyone for all the support. I hope I am seeing this right.

No update on EAD/AP. It appears that the interview got waived and I am not going crazy in here and that this is for real... Keeping my fingers crossed, until I see the card..

This group has been helpful keeping myself sane although I used to freak out at times for not receiving the EAD/AP; but I guess its just time and patience.

Thats really some GOOD news and BIG hope to all of us. Question: Since you mentioned you didnt get EAD/AP, do you think your case is pushed because of Senator email (was skimming some earlier post) or you didnt push it?

I never pushed or went the senator route.. Again I am hopeful that its the 485 approval and not accidently the EAD approval; hence waiting for the final thing to come in to confirm ..

eb1cguy - wishing you all the best. I don't think I ever got a status 'New Card is being produced' when the EAD was sent. I looked into my USCIS emails and I got the following status update on email.

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production


Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

I have seen multiple posts with an update New Card is being produced always relating to the 485 approval.

So hopefully you are at the finish line.

Priority Date - 04/24/2019(current now)
I-140 approved - 05/19/2020
filed I-485, I-765 and I-131 on - 10/26/2020
received at USCIS - 10/29/2020
received receipt notices - 01/16/2021
received biometric appointment notices - 02/12/2021
biometric appointment scheduled - 03/01/2021

Any idea how much time it will take to get the EAD and AP after the biometric is done?

You need to register and create an account on the USCIS website. Then you can add all your cases with the appropriate receipt numbers. The page will give you the option for email alerts and mobile alerts that you can do a Y or N and then you will get the updates automatically whenever USCIS updates your case.
