Lawyers got the RFEs. Came from Raleigh FO. Co-incidentally our lawyer is in Raleigh so they received it first.

Hey I received the Medical RFE from Raleigh field office , durham. For my RFE response Fedex show delivery on 21-July(Signed by L.LEEL) to Uscis , but no status update still show fingerprints applied to your case. Any update on your response?

Feb 2nd week 2021 - Received FP notice
March 5, 2021 - Finger printing done at Oakland, CA
June 2021 - I486J notice
July 15, 2021 - Status changed to 'We ordered your new Card' for EAD
July 20, 2021 - Combo Card Received
July 27, 2021 - Received RFE for Medicals.

In my case status changed to RFE sent when they sent the RFE. I will get my medical reports tomorrow so will send it tomorrow. Let's see what happens. I was hoping they'll process fast like some other FOs where status was approved even same day. But now I know not to expect quick processing from Raleigh FO.

I bet you get the GC sooner than that. Funny that your EAD is no longer valid.

Yes you are right. EAD received and it is no longer valid as GC also they mailed it and will receive in 2 days.

Hi Abhi,

You will get the status next day - "Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service" and you will get a tracking number of usps.

No need to contact Emma, that status is just before the "card was picked up by the USPS". Just wait for that update (it can take a couple of days after "card mailed").

Filed 765, 131, 485 all together on 10/29/2020 (along with my wife and son)
Receipt notice for all three of them on 12/27/2020
Biometrics taken 4/7/2021
AOS and EAD case was updated to show fingerprints are taken 4/8/2021
EAD: New card being produced 8/3/2021 (for me and my wife)
AP: case was received (Still no update. I hope we will get combo cards, but still concerned about my son's AP)
AOS: still case was updated to show fingerprints are taken

Giving some hope, but still way to go until PR.
