If my case is still with NBC and hasnt transferred to FO, what does it imply in terms of wait timings? I am still waiting for biometrics. I gave medicals along with application so no RFE.

I tried to expedite my work permit (I have a job offer starting early July) but it was denied due to lack of biometrics on the same day. They did schedule me for a biometrics appointment, though. I haven't received the appointment notice yet so I'm just waiting on that then will try to do a walk-in and put in another expedite request. See signature for full timeline.
