It is Portland Maine office...but it is very unpredictable...my colleague filed on Oct 22, 2020...same office...no notice yet even for Biometrics. So, people who are waiting....please do not give up hope.

Wow! congratulations. So you dint get your EAD or AP approved, was direct green card after the RFE on medicals. Did you get your 485J receipt recently or with the other NOAs back when you submitted.

No...I got my EAD..which was approved 3 days after biomteric...sorry forgot to mention that

Status changed to RFE sent on May 20th. RFE on its way to me today 27th, as per USPS informed delivery. The originator address is not the local ASC but a local DHS office. Will update once I get it.

Anyone who sent medical with RFE, did you send it to attorney to send to USCIS or did you do it yourself? I feel like sending it to attorney will just cost a day and this is a long weekend too. Thanks.

My lawyer said, he would like to check the copies of the doctors report and make sure it looks alright before sending in.
