October 2020 I1485 filers may join

EB3 category; July 2014 PD;
i485, i765 and i131 filed in October 2020
Receipts Date for AOS n AP - December 2020; EAD application rejection receipt in December 2020 for incorrect payment amount when the amount was correct
Resent the EAD package in January 2021
i765 receipt - March 2021 ( received IOE receipt number even when paper filed)
Biometrics - March 2021
June 2021 - received AP approval
July 2021 - Biometrics round #2 receipt
August 2021 - Biometrics #2 done and i765 status changes to “Case is actively being reviewed”….
August 2021 - received a letter from USCIS field office that my case is being sent back to NBC since the FA date is not current anymore

no further updates or movement since the biometrics on my EAD….now that the dates are retrogressing and no sign of EAD ….looking to see if am the only one in this situation with no EAD and an approved AP

Thanks for the reply, It helps when we hear from more people and get a better idea of the lag in processing the cases. Is your case with EB3 downgrade? If someone has AP approved and no EAD and would like to share their timelines / experience, this would help. Thanks

Nope my case was always EB3 and would like to add the Biometrics in August was for just one finger…I was pretty hopeful I would receive the EAD atleast sooner but it’s been 2 months since the Biometrics as well. Tried expediting my EAD going by the suggestions in different forums since my H1B visa was expiring as well…atleast the extension got approved giving me a bit of relief…..eagerly waiting for my turn now to share some good news with this forum ????????

question- I have not received the card yet. The online status also has not been updated. I checked with USCIS and they say as per their records , the I485 has not been approved ( May be because they did not update in the system)

Priority Date = May 20, 2020
Filing Date = Oct 30, 2020 (I1485, I765, I131 and I693)
Notice of Receipt = Dec 24, 2020
Finger print = May 10, 2021
I485J receipt = July 8, 2021
I765/I131 approval = July 30, 2021
I485 = As of May 11, 2021, fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 has been applied..

Can you provide more clarity? Courtesy copy of what exactly does your lawyer claim to have received? What exactly does your I485 online status say? Does it say "Case Was Approved"? Did you and/or your lawyer receive a I-797 approval notice for the I485? If your online case status does not reflect approval and you did not receive an approval notice, on what basis are you saying that your case was approved on Sep 14? Just trying to understand your situation.

I read a lot of posts about people receiving their EAD, which I did not receive. I called the service line, which (after asking questions in 10 different ways) put me through to a representative.
She took care of my case and a day later I got a status update, which was about my interview!
I had the interview yesterday and they told us that they actually already accepted my case, but we still had to do the interview.
We had a nice casual conversation about how me and my husband met. They didn't even separate us.
Very happy about this and I can't wait to really start my life here and work.

Lawyer said they received my I485 approval courtesy notice. However online case tracker still has old status ( case received …. Even though I have received EAD card long back).

I myself did not receive I485 approval notice or green card yet. Even though it has been 20+ days lawyer got the notice.

When USCIS approved our GC, we received a copy of the approval and the lawyer received the original approval letter. Do you have a copy of the letter your lawyer received? is your information there? what does the letter say?

Sorry I'm not familiar with the term "courtesy notice". Did your lawyer receive a "I-797C Approval Notice". If so, You should ask that the lawyer share a copy of that notice with you so that you can see the details for yourself to make sure it has your information on it. Also, what is your lawyer advising you to do?
