My DQ is 31st August,2020 . I have not not got any interview email? Some from 31 st August already got interview. Does email come from NVC? If i did not get email then what should i do ?

You may check your Spam folder, it can go in to it. Also ask your Petitioner.

Does anyone know how many interviews were carried out for IR5 in Jan 22 in Mumbai?

Go to NVC site
Scroll down and click on “visa statistics”
you will see “monthly immigrant visa issuance statistics”
click on “Jan 2022 IV issuance by FSC or place of birth and visa class”
scroll down and see how many IV issued in Mumbai in Jan. 22.
Similarly you can find out how many IR5 visa issued in India after your DQ date.

In fact, i864 is submitted by the petitioner/sponsor and a copy of that need not be carried along at interview. What you will require to take to the interview is latest W2 and latest income evidence.

I got an information that PCC validation is increased from one year to 2 years by Mumbai Consulate. I do not know weather it is true or not. Please inform if some one got authentication of this news

Dear Surendrasinh, the website has mentioned that the validity of the PCC is two years but when you actually go to the site where you have to register for biometric etc, it says clearly that the validity is only one year.

would be grateful for clarifying the below query.
I am Documentarily qualified on 29th March 2021 while my wife on 25th Sep 2021. I am not sure if I have to do anything in order to ensure that we both get the interview the same time. I saw in this forum some one mentioning that one of the spouse is added as additional applicant to the other spouse’s case.
please guide.

Dear Varaprasad, we have seen in some earlier posts in the forum, that a gentleman with DQ date in AUG 20, and his wife with DQ date in April 21, got their interview calls for the same day. Hopefully in your case the interview should be on the same date provided that the priority date (the date when the petition was filed) was is same. Best wishes

My parents DQ is April 14 2021.

I have the following questions .

I had submitted their marriage affidavit. Is a copy of that is required in the Mumbai interview or do I need to get one more done before interview.

Also is there a chennai center for medical test ?https: //www.ustraveldocs.com/in/en/immigrant-visa is listing only Mumbai and Delhi .

Should I schedule an interview appointment if I have an interview date ?

Dear RS46, you may submitted only a copy of the marriage affidavit. You will need to carry the originals of all the documents that were either submitted with I-130 or with DS-260.
