Anyone who filed in Jan 09 in Atlanta got an approval? I need to file my H1B extension and if I know I am close I can wait a few days longer and file under premium processing, so if you have any info pls pass it on. TIA.

How can you say which processing center / state it is in? I applied from Virginia. And does it matter which state and whether it is EB2 or EB3 for labor?

You can ask you attorney where the perm was filed. I don't think at this stage it matters if it was EB2 or EB3.

Yes. I am still in process. Applied in June2008. No audit...nothing....Just in progress....

Did you hear anything from your attorney's office? Have you tried getting a screenshot of the status. Please let me know if they are giving you the screenshot of the status if you request one!! I still havent heard anything on my filing from June 2008 and I see Dec 2008 cases are moving!!
