PERM processing time

Still pending Filed on June 2008

I filed the PERM on June 2008, got an audit on March 2009 , Still pending. God only knows what's going on with my application. i applied in EB2 category.

got the confirmation from my attorney.
there are 3 cases filed on the same day.
two of them got approval. So, 1 is still pending.

Thanks ted_79. So it is looking more positive than I expected. They have definitely started April applications and did not wait for Feb 1st to start on those, so hopefully they will finish April and most of May in Feb itself.

By that account, I should get my labor (applied June) by March end, I know I am being very optimistic

I see so many postings here for PERM processing times.

Have you considered adding the entries in the tracker instead, available at http://www.immihelp.com/tracker
It is specifically meant for that purpose.

If it has something lacking, not right, or if you would like us to enhance in certain way, we would be glad to know your inputs and discuss it.

Could everyone please add your entries in the tracker please?

April anyone?

Has anyone's April application come through? I know someone mentioned that his friend's April application was approved, but is there anyone who personally had an April application that was approved?

If not, it looks like the DOL strictly approves one month's application in that month (at least as per what I have observed in the last 3-4 months). So April will take all of February, May in March and June will be done in April.

I hope I am wrong and that it is quicker. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Just got a mail from attorney about my approval.

Applied : March 26, 2009
Approved : Jan 26, 2010

So we are on the same boat. Have you tried contact your attorney or employer for the status recently.
I sent an email to my attorney, they responded back saying that haven't heard anything yet.

My perm was application was filed on 03/12/2009 & it is still pending. Waiting patiently.

I would beleive only dates posted for self cases. Data posted as "One of my friends" may not be accurate. The last user who received a perm approval had filed on 03/10/2009. So we are still good.

One of my friends has applied for PERM in the first week of April, 2009 and he has his approval as well.

I am still waiting for the approval. Those who applied after March 26th got their confirmation, not sure what happened to my application.
