H1B, H4 Visa

Hello folks,

We have upcoming stamping for H1B and H4 in Mumbai, we plan to take our US born son (2.5 year) with us for both OFC and VISA stamping, since he does not need any stamping do we need to inform consulate in advance by email/call? please let me know if anyone been to this situation recently?

Amendment for client A filed Nov 2018 (had a valid visa until 2019 April)

Filed Extension (regular) for client A April 2019

Received RFE for amendment in May and responded.

Got amendment denial - July

Upgraded Extension to Premium and got it approved for same client A.

Will I have any issues further or am I good to work for client A?

Case Background:

I was struck in Hyd for 5 months with 221G Admin Processing and got my visa stamped last month and i traveled back to USA on July 1st port of entry went smooth all was good.

On July 25th i received a email from Hyd Consulate that my visa is revoked

This message is being sent to inform you that the non-immigrant U.S. visa which you currently hold has been revoked in accordance with the United States Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
The visa is no longer considered valid for travel to the United States. Following the interview at the U.S. Consulate General in Hyderabad and the subsequent issuance of the visa, additional information became available that indicates you may no longer be eligible for the visa issued.
If you desire to travel to the U.S. you must apply for a new visa, at which time your eligibility for the visa will be reviewed and the application adjudicated accordingly.

Please advise if anyone face similar scenario and what is your experience.

Me: I replied the number of years I working in India with the same company and the number of years I worked in the same company in US.

Visa officer: I am approving your visa and you should receive your passport in 3 to 5 days.

Hi Guys,
I am looking for a suggestion here. I came to my home country for first time H1B stamping and my case went to Administrative processing and its been over 6 months that it is still under AP. The visa counselor kept my passport and issued me a white slip. I submitted the list of questions they asked for after one day of my visa interview which were mostly security related.
I know its a frustrating process and nothing can be done about it. Is there anyone here whose case is under AP with white slip and the embassy also kept the passport?
Also, I know this might not help, but can any lawyer in the states help me?
I am a full time employee working for a renowned company in NYC.

Hello Everyone,

I submitted my dropbox application for H1B renewal at Mumbai.
Case created on 12th June.
Status changed to Admin processing on 28th June. There has been no status update since then.

No communication from consulate for interview or for any additional documents.

Anyone with similar experience or waiting this long?

I'm trying to reschedule my appointment but I m getting message as currently there are no appointments available.. that means Chennai vac is not accepting any appointments or there are no appointments for previous dates?? If I login in another account and it's showing first available dates but then why in my account it is showing like that??

Here is my experience along with the timeline -
I was eligible for dropbox for H1B visa stamping.

8th July: I submitted my documents in Mumbai.
9th July: CEAC case created
10th July: CEAC status started showing Administrative Processing (AP)
14th July: Received email that passport is available to collect. Found green slip (221g) along with passport, requesting for interview.
16th July: Attended interview in Mumbai consulate. I was asked basic questions, and only needed to submit my passport and show the I-797 form. Additionally, fingerprinting was also done. CEAC case status updated, however, still remained AP. VO said that I will receive the passport/visa back in 2-3 days.
18th July: CEAC case status updated again, however, still remained AP.
23rd July: CEAC case status updated to 'Issued'

I am hoping to collect my passport soon.

I have a question about h1b amendment for my h1b stamping going in Sep 19.

- My employer filed 3 amendments for immediate projects ( client A and 2 other same client B1)

- Same Employer
Client A - Is in still process no update ( My employer have asked for withdrawn but no update )
Client B1 got withdrawn- good
Client B1 new location got approved and active one ( valid for h1b visa )

- I am going for h1b visa ( F1 to H1b) stamping in sep19 on active h1b.

- should the old initial amendment? which is in progress- Is there any problem? for h1b visa?
- this many amendments any problem for my h1b visa?
- I have 2 layers( vendor and Implementation Partner ) in between my employer and end client
Is this will be a problem?

Please help me with answers for above question.
