Hello guys I am a US Citizen, (Interview and Oath Ceremony the same day)
Application date: October 15, 2019
Biometrics: November 04, 2019
Interview Day: March 10, 2021
Oath Ceremony: March 10, 2021
Field Office: Newark, New Jersey
The interview lasted about 10-15 minutes, only 6 questions asked (I answered them all correctly). The whole process took me about an hour and a half.

After N400-I-751 Interview -CALIFORNIA - LOS ANGELS

-please check previous posts and comments for timelines
-please check previous posts and comments for combo interview experience

-please check previous posts and comments on los angels - California oath ceremony information (per the officer who conducted my interview)
- on the day of my combo interview at the end the officer told me that he couldn't do my oath the same day because I had a combo interview
and he needs a week or so to process and approve my I-751 on the system
- after I did my combo interview on march 5th. my I-751 online status didn't change until march 8th night time
which it says case approved
- regarding my n400 the status is still " interview scheduled"
-I had to upload my tax returns for the last 3 years on the online account under my n400 "documents section"
it was a request from the officer on the day of my interview
he didn't want a big file with a lot of papers so he asked me to upload just the tax returns online
- nothing changed regarding my oath ceremony . I am waiting for them to schedule it
per my officer they should schedule it on the 19th or the 26th
but I am preparing myself to wait months lol
I am not being negative I am just so used to being patient regarding this process
at last: thank you all for the nice comments and support. wishing you all the best of luck on the day of the interview and afterwards

Still waiting for my Oath ceremony...It's now been 3 weeks of waiting.
My husband did his interview today, passed... Hallelujah! He mentioned that I hadn't received notification for my Oath and the Officer sounded surprised.
Has anyone done their interview around the same time as me and had their Oath scheduled, yet? Please share. Thanks

Hi guys,
I applied for my citizenship a few days ago. I filed under my husband but I have no access to his ex wife divorce decree and I don't think he'll give it to me. Do I need the divorce decree from his previous marriage for my interview? I am still married to him but we are taking time off because he's taking anger management course due to a recent domestic abuse filed against him. Do you guys think that I'll still get my citizenship??
