How to find "CIS location?"
I filed citizenship application in Oct 2020, and we are still waiting for bio appointment. We live in VA and want to use online trackers.
In online trackers, the only VA option it gives us for the CIS location is Norfolk VA.

However, when we go to the USCIS site for office location it asks our Zipcode and gives "Alexandria VA" for our "Application Support Center".

Also, the only address we find in the "Receipt letter" is "Overland Park KS".

I would be thankful to the people of this forum to guide us find out our "CIS location" and what this even means.

BUFFALO OFFICE N400
Hey, I applied on June 4th, and I am still waiting for biometric appointment. I see an update on my online account. My estimated case completion time was gone but now it says: March 2021. It's like in 2 months. Is it possible? Does it mean that I will receive a biometric appointment soon?

Also, who knows if Buffalo Office does the Oath Ceremony the same day that interview?

Also, please who is here from the same office share your experience.

I'm so tired of waiting..

When can I apply?
Hello! I’m a little confused about the application rules, I see that there is a 3 years rule if you got your green card through marriage, however I can’t find it specified anywhere when the 3 years start to count. From the date we got married, or the date I’ve received my green card? I’ve been married to my husband for 4 years, been living in the US for 4 years and I’ve received my 10 years card in July 2019. Any comments are greatly appreciated!

Naturalisation interview Manhattan field office
Did anyone receive an email/ text msg about interviews being canceled on the 19th and 20th of January ? I applied on September 2019 my interview was supposed to be on the 16th of December. 2 days before my interview they called me to cancel it due to the snow storm. It was rescheduled for the 25th of January. Another 3 days letter I received another call to reschedule it again but this time for the 19th of January. Few weeks later I received the later about the 19th and was very happy about it. Now yesterday I received this text msg and an email about all interviews being canceled on the 19th and 20th again God knows how frustrated I am right now. This is the 3rd time they are scheduling me just to then de schedule my interviews. At this point I don’t even know what to say. Did anyone here have the same experience ? Please share thank you.

N400 rescheduled through phone 2 days before
Hi:

I have an unusual case and wanted to see if anyone have experienced something similar. I received a phone call only 2 days before my N400 interview saying that it will be cancelled and rescheduled. I checked my status online and no new letters have been uploaded. It is a long drive to go to Denver where my interview will be held. I am not sure if this call was a spam either since it went to my voice mail and there is still no update on my online account. Since there are only two days remaining, I am not sure if I should still drive up just incase. If anyone can share any similar experiences, that would be really helpful. Thanks.

N400 Processing Experience, Des Moines, IA
Hi Folks:
Here is the overall timeline for my N-400 processing in Des Moines, IA. It took 10 months total which could have been shorter if we did not face pandemic. The very day I submitted my application the USCIS office shutdown due to COVID-19. However, the process was smooth and hassle free. I found that the USCIS officials were very professional and cordial towards me.
Through learning from others experiences on this forum was very helpful for me to understand the whole process. Best of luck for those are still waiting.

N400 NEWARK OFFICE (15 MONTHS WAITING) (OCTOBER 2019)
Just saw someone who applied in December 2019 that received her interview letter. (same Office), I'm so frustrated I don't know how that thing works.
Every time I send them a message they reply that my application is in the system that schedules appointments when there are
slots available but every time they have slots available they give them to people who applied after me.......
