Travel History
Hi family
I’m applying for my só waited citizenship.
They are asking to know my travel history!!
Do you know if they really need to know every single trip you’ve done? Also is there a way to find your trip history online?
Thank you for reading!

Citizenship application process
Hi,
I got my green card in December 2016 through my spouse EB1C petition and would like to apply for Citizenship now that we have completed 5 years. However, my spouse is not interested and would like to retain the GC status and India passport.

My question here is if I can proceed to apply for US citizenship without my spouse (He is the primary applicant for GC) and will this create any issue in the application process or interview process?

Appreciate any help on the same.

Thank you,

Another Background Check After the N400 Interview
After I passed all the exams and the IO checked all my evidence documents, eventually, the IO said he has bad news for me that they will have to run a background check again due to having more than one name in the system for me (all same names but the different is a space in my last name). I asked the IO abut how long that would take and his response was he does not know.

Does anyone know how long would I wait till I hear back regarding a decision in my case? I was hoping to take the Oath on the same day, but ended having this secondary background check.

Citizenship
Hello everyone
Quick question: I am in the process of applying for my citizenship online, doing myself.
When applied for my green card I had some help from my lawyer. For some reason when I entered the email I used for my green card and requested forgot password it said that I did not have an email associated to the USCIS. So what I did, I opened a new account to start my I-400 application. At the beginning they asked if I had previously a case with USCIS, I think I did because of my green card .
Am I supposed to use the same account I used for my green card? I am so confused by that question asked on the online application.
Anyone has gone through the same?
Cheers

It was 60 days ago and I am still waiting. I am just little bit worried. Anyone had the same experiences ?

N-400 interview was cancelled twice (in 3days)
Hi, all. I’m writing this to inquire anyone who experienced the same thing as me.
I filed my N-400 on 3/18/2022, biometrics was scheduled on 4/22/22 and interview was scheduled on 8/25/22.

However, i happened to get Covid right around 8/22 so I had to call in to reschedule my interview on 8/23/2022. Then later on I found out in my case history it showed that another interview was scheduled on 08/25 for interview to be happen on 09/22. Then that interview was cancelled again (not done by me). I have no clue why they rescheduled an interview for me so quick and then they cancelled on the spot. Sadly, after that my case status has NOT been updated and I have NOT heard anything from them until now (4/15/2023). It’s been 8months until now and my N-400 filed office is at Dallas. Does anyone know what I should do at this point? Any advice will be much appreciated.

Note: I’ve also called the USCIS agent multiple times but all they replied is that I have to wait…. Now I’m really concerned.
