Does anybody know who I should I reach out to in regards to my status as my Dallas PD is Jan 31 2017 and there are people with Feb 17 pd that is already receiving notifications?

Processing time is getting longer ?!?!

I just notice the processing time for my field office is now longer than the last month and the date that you can inquire about your case now goes back two months ...!
Want to know if every office is like that..?

On April 11th my online status has changed to case in line for interview after 11 months... How long can i wait for interview letter..?

Arizona in complete stall
Processing time keeps increasing by 1 month on each month since November 2017. Frustrating and unfair for those willing to become US citizens out of heart, obeying the law, helping the community and paying taxes for every year as permanent resident.

Portland or n400 timeline

There's not a lot of Portland, OR threads out there so I figured I will add my experience so far.
N400 online application sent - April 8th, 2018
Fingerprint notification to be scheduled - April 14th, 2018
Fingerprint schedule - TBD
My application home page is indicating it will take 12 months for this to complete. Hopefully it can be done sooner for I have a green card expiring in 4 months. I didn't think to look at when my greencard was expiring until I had out of whim, decided to apply for my naturalization. On the USCIS case processing website the time for portland is 7.5 - 11 months.

N-400 rejected for incorrect payment amount while I pay for the correct amount of payment
Hello everyone
I mailed my n400 with fee reduced request, I also had my G-1450 (Aythorization for Credit Card Transations) with total $405, $320 N-400 reduced fee and $85 Biometrics Fee https://www.uscis.gov/reduced
1 week later, I received a rejection notice with my application from USCIS because of incorrect payment amount.
I just don't understand why they rejected my application while I pay the correct amount.

1.9.17 - finger print scheduled
1.23.17 - finger print done
5.17.17 - first inquiry
9.17.17 - second inquiry
10.20.17 third inquiry
All three times I've been getting letters and requested back phone calls from USCIC saying case is currently reviewing and there is no any approximate information of completion date.
12.20.17 - schedule a info pass. Officer was really nice and told me that they scheduling me for the interview and I'll receive update soon.
12.21.17 - inline for interview
12.21.17 - interview scheduled
12.28.17 - received interview letter
1.29.18 - interview. Passed civic test, writing and reading. Officer asked me to wait outside. After 10 minutes he gave me two letters. First that decision can't be made at the moment. Second that I have to submit child support evidence on 2.26.18.
2.29.18 - dropped off a letter , got a copy with a stamp of receiving.
3.23.18 - oath ceremony notice was mailed.
3.29.18 - oath ceremony notice received.
4.5.18 - oath ceremony done.
It was very long and stressful process. I wish all of you guys get your naturalization certificates. It took 15 month for me. Hopefully USCIC will find a better way to do this process faster.
