INTERVIEW....July 21, 2017. Passed and was recommended for approval but was told by IO that she will send me a RFE (Request For Evidence) she needed court disposition with seal/stamp because of prior arrest.
Late Sep, 2017....received the RFE which states requested document should be returned by Oct 6.
Oct 3, 2017...submitted the document requested, received a signed stamped copy
NOV 22, 2017...Online update said my case was under review by a supervisor. Received a phone call asking if I had returned the document requested, told the person yes but she said she didn't received it and I should drop off another one
NOV 29, 2017.....submitted the document once again, received a signed stamped copy. Couple hrs later, online status changed to supervisor review was completed.
JAN 30, 2018.....In line for oath ceremony to be schedule
FEB 12, 2018....Oath Ceremony notice was mailed
It's been a long tiring process for me but it's finally coming to an end

Hi guys, this is my process so far.
January 2017 filed my papers
February had an appointment for biometrics
Waiting, waiting, waiting, patiently waiting
February 8, cange of status, interview was scheduled. Recieved a letter 5 days later.
Interview scheduled for middle of March.

NYC, Queens Oath scheduled finally!
Ok here is a breakdown of what happened.
I had interview on 16th January, recommended for approval and had no online updates ever since until today. I am scheduled for oath ceremony and have been sent a mail already.
In between I almost lost my mind. Until today I couldnt get a solid information from infopasses, speaking to officers on phone and even from Senators office.
I am writing this to be a guide for future applicants. If you believe your case is on hold for a long time after interview, look up for your field office directors email address through google. It can be found in a pdf document of personnel information of field offices. I have emailed this morning to Queens Field Office Director as the hardcore option regarding my case came to a halt after interview. He replied back saying he will send me a case status update through mail.
Guess what?
2-3 hours later my case is updated online saying oath is scheduled and letter is sent!
Good lock to everybody who is still waiting for theirs.

NYC Queens office post interview (a month ago), different answers from office to inquiries
For people whose field office is Queens, NY here is what is going on with my case after a month after interview:
I have made infopass, e-inquiry, talked to L2 officers (3 times). Received different statuses from each over the course of weeks and completely inconsistent.
First I called L2 officers who told me it is under supervisor review I just have to wait. Made an online inquiry and received a response from field office back in 31st January that I am being scheduled for an oath ceremony.
Here comes the weirdest one: I had an infopass yesterday and when they checked my status they said my case went to quality review and is being checked for criminal checks,etc....How the hell??? I have waited for interview for 9 months!! what did you guys do in 9 months? I told the officer that interviews are scheduled after background checks and I was approved in the interview how come it is going to be checked again? Also I told her that I received an email saying I am being scheduled for oath yet what she is telling me is I am under review AFTER I received that email, it is so inconsistent. She said I am being impatient and have to wait 4 weeks of wait is nothing. I told her people finish their oath ceremonies in a month without waiting yet my online status still says interview scheduled.
Anybody in this situation? Having vague answers and waiting over a month in Queens? I have requested senators help because I think this is an unnecessary hold up considering it will be a year next month that I have submitted my application.
