Dallas field office experience
All,
For those of you filed N400 with Dallas field office, based on my understanding it could take another 5-6 months to get interview letter after my case status gets changed to In Line for interview? Or is it really dependent on case by case? I might have to travel out of country for a couple of months so not sure if it is ideal to travel while my case got changed to In Line for interview? Please advise.

02/08/17-USCIS received N400 application
02/22/17-USCIS scheduled fingerprint appointment
03/08/17-Finger print taken
07/17/17-Case status changed to In Line For An Interview

Oakland Park
I filed in December 2016 and my case has been In Line for Interview since January 30th 2017. I have checked the processing times for the Oakland Park office and right now it's at about July 2016.

I was just wondering if there is anyone else out there who filed with Oakland Park, FL around the same time as I did? Or if anyone has called in/gotten info on how long they're taking to process applications?

Thanks so much!

N-400 Naturalization Interview
Hello guys,
This question is for people who have taken the naturalization test,'
For the Civic test part,
When they ask the question,
what does the Constitution do? Do we have to answer all three answers, or just one answer would do its job?
Such as, Constitution sets up the government. Defines the government and protects the basic rights of Americans

Delay for my N400
Hello everyone after I was waiting one year I got the interview letter so i went to the N400 interview on June/30/2017 at NEWARK NJ. However, the officer told me system is down because the transferred all paper applications into E-file and that's why they cannot pull up my application.she said she will call me next week to come to the office again to take the test and ceremony. I havent got anything yet (NO CALLS). I made an info last week and the officer told me that I still have pending check by the FBI. i mean i don't know whats going on??? if they send me the interview letter why would my name is still on pending check. i though it was all clear. is anyone has the same situation? now its over one year.

please any advise and help???

My interview is coming in two weeks and I have been studying a lot. My question is if USCIS considers offenses committed as a juvenile. I had a diversion agreement when i was 15. Will I get my application denied? I am 18 years old.
