oath letter...still waiting
O'k, i've read most of people stories...happy endings...where is mine...I have passed my interview on apri 27,2011. Right now is November. And I am still waiting for my Oath letter. It is going be 6(!) months on November 27,2011. I keep bothering them each month so they don't forget about me completely. Delays in the case-that is all they say. The lawyer suggesed i file a lawsuit, but it is not going to be cheap($ 3500).I have been a LPR forever( 8 years), a normal working class person with family and kids.So there is all my experience so far.I hope it will help somebody like me who is trying to figure out " what is wrong with my case?" Nothing is wrong, we are simply unlucky, because there is always somebody who doesn't do their job, right ,even in Immigration.

N400 West Palm Beach Experience
That's the best place for your N400 interview. it lasted approximately 3 months. I applied on June 7, Just did my interview today on the 15. I am scheduled to do the oath on Monday the 19th. This is super cool and very fast. Though I had child support issues and owe Federal taxes, she said that it shouldnt intefere with my approval since I show good faith by showing that I have been doing my best to pay both child support and IRS taxes.
