March 21st 2022 Appeared for L1A interview, passport and documents kept , issued white slip. March 25th 2022 22g case changed to "Issued" but DS160 application status shows administrative processing. March 18th 2022 Passport still with US embassy. May 16th 2022 Dependent VISA issued & stamped passport delivered.Primary Applicant still under administrative processing. October 19th , 2022 - Asked consulate to return passport as case was pending for more then 8 months, passport without stamping returned next day. November 23rd, 2022 - Attorney submitted a letter to understand case status with an employer support letter November 28th, 2022 - Attorney received generic response that case is still in AP. December 22,2022 - received email from consulate to submit passport December 23,2022 - submitted passport to VAC December 28th,2022 - case status changed to Issued December 30th, 2022 - stamped passport delivered

I am going for a Master in Computer Science at Loyola Marymount University, CA. I had an interview on 2 Dec 2022. VO gave me a 221g blue slip and asked me to submit the docs on the mail id given on the slip Documents submitted: Invitation letter, Resume, Position, Publication, Research, Funding, Travel history, and Contact Info. Submitted documents on 7th Dec 2022, since then the status on the CEAC website is showing Refused. Got mail from the consulate to submit my passport along with documents for 221 on 29 Dec.

Nov 9th: H1B Dropbox at US Embassy - Delhi Nov 14th: Status Update: "Refused" Nov 18th: Received passport + Blue slip asking for documents. Nov 18th : Emailed documents Dec 23rd: Consulate emailed for additional documents.

Nov 15 - Dropbox submission Nov 30 - Passport returned. One passport got visa stamped. One got 221g white due to damaged passport Dec 19 - Submitted new passport with 221g

Already have an approved, stamped and unexpired L-1B visa, was advised to switch to H-1B visa, which was completed and approved while I was in the US (status adjusted). Following a trip back to the UK, I went to get the stamp for the H-1B visa, and am now in this mess! Was given the DS 5535 "extreme vetting" questions to fill out and email, though the form I received made no mention of "DS 5535". August 2nd 2022: Status still showing as "Refused". September 6th 2022: Status still showing as "Refused". November 10th: Received email to submit passport for visa issuance. December 5th: Status now showing as "Approved" December 19th: Passport received with stamp

I have attended first time H1b VISA interview on 3rd November at Chennai consulate, has been asked to provide Client and Vendor Agreement Document and issued 221g white color. Required documents were shared on 7th of November. I did mail follow up on 10th of December and got response that case is under Administrative Process but case status is still showing Refused. May I know how long does it take to move case into Administrative Process from Refused State and can we expect is it positive sign to get VISA Stamping.

04/24 - Given biometric 04/28 - Case Created 05/02 - Attended Visa Interview 05/04 - Received email from consulate on 221G and asked to submit 5535 form 05/04 - Sent 5535 form 05/16 - Case last update 11/28 - Case approved 11/29 - Issued, Passport picked-up Current Status(on 09/08) - Refused

Went to the Consulate for interview with expired Ven passport. VO didn't recognize and gave 221g requesting a new passport (didn't collect old passport).Status: Refused. So I returned to Ven and had been waiting for the new passport for 2.5mo. Dropped off the new passport on Nov 15, Tuesday, but the status didn't change to AP until Nov 21, Monday. Nov 29: Approved. Dec 6: Issued
