Interview Completed This Morning (Los Angeles)
AOS through marriage to USC

Interview 6/7 Los Angeles.
The interview time was for 7:15 AM and they start letting people into the building at 7AM. We were checked in and seated in the waiting room at just a little before 7:15 AM and were called for our interview around 8 AM.
The officer assigned to our case was very pleasant and interviewed both my wife and myself together in the same room. Alternately asking each of us questions‚ nothing too detailed or in depth. All in all the process took around 25 - 30 minutes.
I have been married previously and started the AOS process through that and there were some questions asked about that and my previous marriage‚ again nothing too in depth.
There seems to be some information pertaining to my initial application (back in 1988) that the officer needs to check. From what he said‚ the case seems to be missing information regarding the green card and he needs to talk to his supervisor regarding that and as a result the case is currently pending.
He said there was no deportation order on file related to the previous application‚ and that was obviously a good thing. He said he had no concerns regarding our current marriage and that due to the length of our current marriage I was eligible for a 10 year green card (we have been married over 10 years).
He indicated that he thought he would have a decision from his supervisor by the end of the week and in his words it was just a matter of dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's".
Obviously ideally we would of liked to have had a decision at the end of the interview in our favor. He seemed to indicate the questions he had regarding my prior AOS were more procedural than anything else and he did not forsee any problems or issues.
He took copies of some photos and a couple of pieces of additional or relationship related material and copies of some joint credit cards and that was pretty much it.

Questions
Did my interview on May 2, 2017 at Federal Plaza still no decision made. So now I'm in the process of renewing my work permit. Questions:
1. Can I reapply for a combo card instead of just EAD?
2. Do I have to repay any money to get the renewal?
3. Which address I should send the documents to?
If also there is a link or a site that ans all these questions and more u could attach with your replies.
