Hello everyone today was my interview everything was ok but after i finished my interview the office say we going to send u the decision on the case an also me and my wife signed of agreement about after to year i hace to come back for second interview and also she signed of something about if the married is false she has to pay like 250k
The question is my case was aproved or no ? Because he didnt tell me something about if i past or no just tell you receive a final decision in 7 days please help me

Bio's soon after
EAD and AP issued
AOS interview in April was cancelled due to COVID
Filed for renewal of EAD and AP as not sure when next interview would be. This was approved and new card issued within 1 month.
Re scheduled for September (notice arrive week before meeting)
Case approved online same day.
Card mailed 4 days after interview.
Card received 6 days after interview.
Overall ~1.5 yrs.
Good luck all - hang in there.

Hi guys. I had marriage based AOS interview two days and everything went very well. Still it shows interview was scheduled in my online profile, no changes yet. Is it normal?Usually how long does it takes to get it updated online or approval notice? Thanks

I had my interview July 2019,i have been waiting for the outcome ever since. NO update.
I call in today and the officer told me that my file was sent to my field office two days ago.
Can someone please explain what is the meaning of this? will I be called in for a second interview?

Hello, I found out my case status that on Sept 22nd I-485 interview was scheduled. Until today Sept 30th still no mail in notice :( Is this normal?

Chicago field office AOS interview
How many months / years will it take to schedule AOS interview at Chicago field office. My PD is May 2020. Is it amongst the slowest field offices in US? Any idea about which month PD currently interviews are going on?

Got verbal approval after the interview and the online status changed next day for i130
I485 shows interview was completed and the case must be reviewed.
Does anyone know how long it takes for 485 status to change as well?

So guy's I promised you to keep you updated I went this morning for interview overall it was good experience officer was professional and plesent she told me that she approved i-130 and that she will approve my i-485 soon because for her looks everything fine not online status change updated yet after interview she gave me white paper.
Questions:
1 How we met 2 when our relationship became serious 3 she asked my wife what I'm doing at my job and 4 do we met each other parents that all interview lasted around 45 minutes because of forms checking
Evidence what we submitted:
Appartment leaseing, joint car, health insurance, emergency contact, evidence that my wife is pregnant,recepits from our short trips,bank memberships, bank statement and transfer the money between each other , emergency contact and other small things for our bonfidearrige I'm hoping to see my accounts change by the end of the day or tomorrow.
