Green Card Approved Detroit office

Processing Time Field office
Hello friends :) the ones who remember my story, me and my wife had our interview back in 08/09
everything went fine but received RFE since medical form never sent before to the uscis..
exactly in 09/25 the package ( i-963) received by uscis but since then nothing changed.. my i-485 still "Name was updated"
now i checked my field office time processing and it say's "as of july 31,2016
they working on january 16,2016 .
my PD is december 28, 2015
if anyone could share similar experience it will be appreciated, i know the only thing of course is waiting but since we gonna celebrate my birthday next week we are not settled.. thank you very much!

Adjustment status without sponsor
Hey guys, USCIS just released the Visa Bulletin Info for October '16 and for those who are on the same category as mine (F2A) now we can use Dates of Filing!!!
I have a question: my wife is going to sponsor me but she doesn't have the income requirements and I already have a joint sponsor, but he didn't filed the papers yet. Should I send I-485 docs without joint sponsor papers to expedite the process or should I wait for the joint sponsor papers to avoid RFEs?

employment based GC application - need help filing
hi i have a question and hopefully someone can answer me here.
I have a friend who is on a L1A working visa and she want to apply for GC now , she is also going to apply with her husband and son together in the application,
1) Does she only need to fill up one form and tick filling together with spouse and son
or her spouse need to fill up a separate I485 ?
2) what about the filing fees for i485, she need to pay for only 1 filing fees right ? or there is an extra cost for filing if spouse and son are included ?
help appreciated

Regarding to earlier post about mistaken 10 year green card
Earlier i post about receiving a 10 year green card while i was supposed to get a 2 year conditional one.
I called USCIS earlier this morning waited 3 hours just to talk to an officer. and she said i was right. USCIS made a mistake issuing 10 year green card for me and that it was a good idea to inform them so that later on when i apply for citizenship things wont get complicated.
she also told me to hold on to this card and wait for their instruction letter in the mail in 15 days.

Hi all,
I am about to send my package off for concurrent filing of I-485 and I-130
I am a J1 visa holder and my husband is a US citizen.
I am living in the USA currently & we got married in june 2016
Within the affidavit of support I included 3 recent pay stubs of my husband but his marital status is single as he forgot to change this!!
Is this going to be a problem? Should I wait until I have 3 that say 'married'?
Also within the same section, he earns below the amount needed to fulfil the support but lives with me and my income is above the amount. Is this ok to submit my income (intending immigrant) rather than getting another sponsor?
I have included my tax return for 2015, 3 pay stubs, my w2 and letter to state my employment
I would be more than grateful for any advice.& will document my journey

HELP with some INFO.
I have a friend that wants to apply for AOS, so here is the situation:
He currently have DACA, overstay visa and married with a green card holder.
How long usually does it take to get a green card if he apply for AOS thru his wife (green card holder)?
How long usually does it take to get an EAD? Is he able to get a combo card with this process?
I really appreciate the help and share experience if you have been thought some similar process.
