Advance Parole

Hello
Does anybody know any answer for these questions?
The thing is that I need to expedite my AP
Do they always give one entry 30 days AP, if you expedite it after filing I-131?
And how many weeks should pass after filing I-485 and I-131 to call or to make info pass for expedited AP?
And what to do if I need multi-entry AP for 6 month or 1 year?

I submitted a concurrent filing of I485 plus 131 and 765 in June....I am the beneficiary and my husband is a U.S citizen. On my i131 i applied for reentry permit when i should have applied for Advance parole. Can I subsequently apply for AP? will i now have to pay the $360 for the AP document seeing that I already filed a 131? they sent receipt for everything except the i131 and I had my fingerprints done and on the appointment notice it said for 485 and 765.....no 131.
Please offer me advice as to what i should do next? thanks

 I've been reading how pepole post there expiriences and i really need help
I need to leave the country for extremely important personal issues and i still has not recived my travel document. I should have already received my travel document but due to a mistake of someone at the immigration office saying that we got married after 90 days when in fact we got married one week after i entered the country, so this delayed the process about 4 weeks. Now I have to leave and we went to the immigration office 2 times already and i was denied andvance parole. I dont know what else i can do!!!

I have a case pending( adjustment of status), it's been more than 6 months, I have a family member sick that I am planning to go see for 10 days. I need to know what documents do I need to send with the form I-131, what type of evidence do I need to send to USCIS. Thanks a lot.

Hey..We have applied for three I-131..me, hubby and son and one I-765 for hubby. The applications were received on april 21, 2016. Hubby got the approval for his I 765 a week ago and card was received 2 days ago. the card shows employment authorization and "I 512 serves as advance parole" but his status for I-131has not changed yet. we haven't received any update for our's (me and son) advance parole. So far the status is just "case was received". I just wanna ask is it ok to receive the approval at different time? and if the EAD card shows advance parole..why the status was not cahnged yet...

I am on DACA and will be applying for AP and travel to Pakistan. After my travel will i be able to adjust my status. My husband is Canadian citizen here in the US on H1B, will i be able to adjust my status once i come back in the US to H4 or something else?

I had my second renewal of my DACA, I am planning to apply for AP to travel to Pakistan in December 2016 as one of my close relative is very sick and will be getting operated. Please let me know what is the duration for AP approval and any experiences on comine back in the US.

I am wondering if I need to wait for the actual AP document? or is it safe to travel with the approval notice?

Is there even an actual AP document that is coming??

Ive tried calling but I cant seem to get to an actual human and im very frustrated. I need to book a flight as we are hoping to travel July 1-4 to canada.

I recently filed to adjust my status and have come to realize the iI made a mistake on my I-131. I requested a reentry permit instead of advanced parole. My goal is to go to my country and visit my children ASAP....I havent seen them in years. I was hoping to go see them with a travel document while waiting for GC but now I am not sure what next. I am filing concurrently through marriage based application.
What should I do? What is most likely to happen? Do i have to wait for a reply or denial from them and then ask for AP on seperate application?

Hello! I filed for form I-485 and also I-130 for Advance Parole in May 1st. I got my biometrics done on May 31st. How long would it take to have the advance parole approved? I'm traveling in mid July, so I hope I have the AP in hand by that time.

Can anyone share their timeline? Thank you very much!
