Hello All,
I am new here and wanted to tell you i am very excited to get help from here. I have seen so many great advices. So USCIS received my case on 09-19-2016 and it is now 10-12-2016 and nothing has changed when i go in to verify my case status. I am planning to leave on Nov 3rd and its the same date that i put in my application. Should i call them to ask about my case? I know 2 people that got everything approved and ready to go in 6 weeks. I am kind of nervous. Can someone give me an advice?

I got approved
Hi all,
I applied for AD and I am a DACA recipient. I am going for humanitarian reasons. I submitted proof. I sent mine July and I was just approved 8/22/16. I am so happy to be re-united with my grandmother. I am a bit nervous on my way back. I will travel October 14 and will be returning 10/29. Wish me luck.

Advance Parole Travel to Other Countries
Hello, I received Advance Parole to go to school in France for 7 months from 9/20/2016- 4/20/2017. However, I just found out that my student visa was denied by the French consulate which places me in a huge dilemma.

My question is, if I was granted advance parole for school, will USCIS or customs know that I never went to school and just travel? I'm not sure how strict the interview to get back into the country is and if they really check that I go to school. I still have all the school registration letters attesting that I'm enrolled. I have spent over $800 on all the application fees and I don't want my advance parole to go to waste.

My advance parole is valid from 9/20/2016 so I was thinking of applying for a 3 month french tourist visa and going to France Jan-April. Since I was denied the student visa, I could spend the time traveling for pleasure instead and doing an internship. Would US customs have anyway of knowing this is what I actually did?

Also, I have the opportunity to go to Thailand during this time through an internship that I was accepted to in France. Traveling around other European countries doesn't require a passport stamp but I know that if I go to Thailand, my passport will be stamped. Will this jeopardize my entry back into the states if i was just granted advance parole to go to France? I can get the company to write a letter saying why I was in Thailand for 2 weeks...

My advance parole is valid for 7 months and I'm trying to get the most out of it as I can since I haven't left the US since I was 7. Ideally I would go to Thailand for 2-3 weeks before France then stay the length of the 3 month tourist visa in France. I would appreciate any advice on my situation.

Thanks.

I

Help with I-864?
The top poverty level guidelines at 125% for 2016 is 20,025K for a houhold of 2. The sponsor meets it at 20,600K annually by estimating his paystubs and he filed his taxes at 22,000K for 2015. Do this meet the requirements for I-864 sponsor ?

Also the sponsors current earnings are estimated about 21,165K annually if we multiply his current earnings as of today to 4 months which is what is left of the year? Please help me?

Traveling and returning on valid unexpired AP while AP renewal is in process
https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/nativedocuments/AILA_2Apr08.pdf

I've reviewed many threads including the link above confirming that after filing for an AP renewal while present in the US, it is OK to leave and return with the previously approved AP so long as re-entry occurs prior to expiration date of the previous AP. I assume this remains correct? The info is a bit dated (2008) so I wanted to make sure nothing has changed. In my case I also maintain valid H1B status and will also have a current valid 3-year H1B physical visa in my passport when I re-enter -- but that's a separate topic. Technically I don't NEED the AP but again, just wanted to make sure leaving while an AP renewal is pending does not abandon the AP application if I already have an H1B and a valid AP when I re-enter.

Thanks

HELP PLEASE!!! QUESTION...
i'm on TPS (Temporary Protected Status) with an approved AP. I'll be going to my country of birth to visit my grandparents who are sick and want to see me. This will also help me fix my status with Entry With Inspection. I was also wondering if it is possible to fly from my country of birth to different or another country, then return to the USA from my second destination without any problems. Will this get me in trouble or can i do this as long as i return within the permitted time i was approved. thank you for your help.

Entries expedite AP
Hello
Does anybody know any answer for these questions?
The thing is that I need to expedite my AP
Do they always give one entry 30 days AP, if you expedite it after filing I-131?
And how many weeks should pass after filing I-485 and I-131 to call or to make info pass for expedited AP?
And what to do if I need multi-entry AP for 6 month or 1 year?
