Waiting on expedite
Hello everyone, I been seeing that there is some November applicants that have been getting approved for advanced parole, USCIS received my Form I-131 due to Humanitarian reasons on December 22,2016 at Nebraska Center, i am waiting for a response from them in regards to an expedite that I requested January 25,2017 & I faxed over a Drs diagnosis from my mom on February 27,2017 I called today and I was told that I should be getting a response with in 5 days so im currently waiting, ya me quiero ir a mi rancho ughh :( LOL

Recently I applied for advance parole for work related travel. My job requires me to travel to many countries throughout the year at the discretion of my manager.
What is the maximum number of countries that anyone here has applied to and have you traveled to other countries once you were outside the US?

Hello everyone. I was wondering what people's timelines for advance parole looked like. I submitted my application for AP on educational grounds. It was received November 23 and I still haven't heard back so I was wondering what your experiences were like so I know what to expect. Thank you

Traveling with AP
Hey guys so I'm traveling with AP I will be leaving LAX on 3/16 returning 3/26 with my 2 citizen children
I'm very nervous because I don't know what to expect on my way back.
Any recommendations? Has any one came back with AP through LAX ? What's their process?

Hi guys. I am new to this forum and have a question regarding the AP. I am currently trying to obtain a humanitarian letter to go back to Mexico and see my Grandma. I left Mexico 23 years ago and I finally decided to try my luck and submit the AP. Have the letters you guys provided been detailed or just a simple prognosis of a relative? I am just trying to get an idea of what to include so that my relatives can get a doctor's letter. Thanks.

Hey guys today I finally got my update to "documents mailed to me"!!!! Now I just have to wait to get them!! I cant believe it!! They received my AP application on Oct 24, 2016 and just today March 3,2017 status updated! 4 months wait time! Now I need to see how much time they gave me. Anyone traveling for a long period of time? I be out for about 2 months, since it doesn't look like Trump will change DACA anytime soon.

Hi everyone, I am a DACA recipient. I have a couple of questions and hopefully someone can can advice me with this. I been contemplating the idea of traveling to Mexico, but I am very skeptical due to the new administration. I haven't yet apply for AP. Does anyone have advice's, suggestion's or comment's that will be accepted? I have a brother who is getting married in September and I would love to participate in the wedding. Is the wedding an acceptable justification?
