Has anyone heard anything from Potomac Service Center
I have been reading comments in the forum but I am getting more and more nervous as I get closer to the expiry date of my 18 month extension. Has anyone heard anything from Potomac service center? In January I was relieved to see I was transferred to Potomac from Vermont but now I think it has just complicated things further. Any info would help at this point! Please share!

Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction
Hi all, I applied for ROC in July 2019. CA service center. Today I got a an update on my case saying that my case’s been transferred and a new office had jurisdiction.
I submitted my N400 in June 2020. Does it mean that my I751 case is been transferred to the same service center as my N400?

No more interview waivers for I751
Hi guys,
The 800 customer representative told me that there's no more waiving of the I751 interviews, it's mandatory for everyone to have an interview. Has anyone heard the same?

My case has been processed for 20 months now! And this is insane, cause we submitted two requests already and nothing. No response, no notice, nothing.

U.S citizen arrested
Hi there. Quick question
I am sending all documents to USCIS this week to remove conditions on my greencard. My wife (Us citizen) was arrested last year but her charges dropped( no court, nothing)
. Should I send a copy from court that said she has clear records or not?
I’ve never been arrested... just don’t know if they check that for my wife. THOUGHTS?

California I-751
My spouse and I file a joint I-751 in May 2019. It is still pending to this day. California Service Center. Here's the timeline:

- May 2019: joint I-751 filed
- December 2019: fingerprints done and online status updated to "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"

Nothing since then. It's been 15 months for me. According to the USCIS website, California takes 16.5 - 20.5 months to process I-751s in average, so I'm hoping I'm getting close.

Any other California filers?
