Does anyone know what month Nebrasca SC is currently processing ? I am 12 month now in this Journey and status still saying ' Case was Received " after i did biometrics in Jan 2020. Biometrics is not applied yet to my case. Its still stucked as " Case was Received "

California I-751
My spouse and I file a joint I-751 in May 2019. It is still pending to this day. California Service Center. Here's the timeline:
- May 2019: joint I-751 filed
- December 2019: fingerprints done and online status updated to "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"
Nothing since then. It's been 15 months for me. According to the USCIS website, California takes 16.5 - 20.5 months to process I-751s in average, so I'm hoping I'm getting close.
Any other California filers?

My people please i need your opinions
After my wife withdraw the i751, I want to apply to waiver, documents I have is 3 years of please, 3 years of taxes joint together, joint credit card, joint bank account, join AAA, joint bjs member, same car insurance policy number, car in both names, 3 supporting documents from her family that was bona fide marriage, we have pictures and we have fly tickets of our airplane ticket when we travel to Florida.
My question is you think i have some chance to apply for waiver ?!

I wanted to get your ideas if it would be a good time to file for N-400 since my i-751 is still pending. Here is my experience so far:

RFE requested on 04/2020
RFE submitted on 07/2020
My 18 month extension is expiring in 08/01/2020

08/02/2019 - Form I 751 received (Receipt arrived two weeks later)
12/26/2019 - The fingerprints taken and applied to the case
07/10/2020 - New card ordered
07/13/2020 - Case approved
07/30/2020 - Card mailed
