I 751 NOVEMBER 2018
Okay guys, i have post somewhere down i couldn’t find it so that’s why i’m posting new one. 07/27/2020 was the day that i was waiting for 20 months. Finally i woke up and check my email and my lawyer texted me said “congrats your case was approved” i can’t tell you guys how happy i was. I applied November 2018 no update since then. No fingerprints. No RFE. No interview. I applied i751 with waiver and extremly cruelty with very strong evidence like police report cause of my abusive wife, court gave me divorce without my wife cause she didn’t showed up and she was found guilty. Lots of pictures from the first year and a half, utilites, bills, banks statements, phone lists with calls me and her. I can tell finally this journey is done. Hope all of you good people out there who is waiting for this day it will happen soon. Have a blessed day. Wait and it will pay off 🙏🏻

I did not have a good relationship with my wife and it has been going on for sometime. Days before I knew I will be getting an RFE, my wife kicked me out of the house early in the morning after she came home drunk. I left and the next day I went back to get all my stuff because I am done!
I was gathering as much requirements as I can and also consulted a lawyer about it and according to the lawyer, they will resubmit a new amended I-751 form for me this week. However, when I checked my case status, it says that they already received my RFE response even though my new lawyer hasn't submitted anything yet.
Little did I know it was my wife who sent a letter to USCIS. I don't know what she said on the letter and she is not telling me what is it unless we meet in person which I am not comfortable doing.
I am so stressed right now. Can this greatly affect my application? Will USCIS listen to what she is gonna say without hearing my side first?? I have submitted everything that was requested on the RFE letter.
Please share any experience that you have. Thank you so much.

Please brothers and sisters I need help
We file joint petition i751 together and now my wife she send letter to immigration to withdraw the petition and she file for divorce...i just want to know what next I feel so lost very sad. I have 3 years of please and 3 years joint taxes together and car in both names and credit card in both names and pictures and joint car insurance and joint bus card and receipt from the place where we had our wedding and card and fly ticket for trip we took together and lot of messages that I print when she was treating me and kicking me out of the house and I have joint bank account for 3 years
