Letter from USCIS
My wife’s conditional green card will expire on May and the USCIS early filing calculator states that we can file as early as tomorrow. We have not gotten a letter from the USCIS about how to file i751 yet. Is this normal? I read that people have been getting this letter a month before they can apply. I am aware of what to do with the packet so should I go on with the application without waiting for the said letter? Or should I wait for it to come?

traveling
I didn't change my name on my marriage certificate (kept my maiden name), on the application for GC I put my husbands last name, so now I have his last name as mine. I have my maiden name on my foreign passport too. How should we travel? Still with marriage certificate?

Thank you in advance.

Travel outside the US
Hi! My I-751 is pending, my greencard was already expired and I have a letter of 18 months extension, I wanna travel back to my country to visit for couple weeks. Is that okay if I bring my expired greencard and letter of 18 months?? Do I neccessily need to get a stamp on my passport too? Anyone experienced this? And if to get the stamp on your passport , I can just go straight to the uscis office with my flight ticket , and they will stamp for me right away?? Or Do I need to make an appointment? Cause From what I heard, it’s really difficult to make an inforpass nowadays.

please how long does it take to have an update after Biometrics is done ? I had my biometrics over 3 weeks now and there has been no update yet on my case. Case says " Case is Received "
Its Nebraska service center. Others here have fingerprint case update same day and most are updated just after few days
Thanks

I-751 transferred from Vermont to Potomac
My case got transferred from Vermont to Potomac on 02-05/2020 and I got the letter today. I am not sure how long it will take for them to finalize it.

On the update notice says that they transferred to speed up the process on my case.

Will there be any interview? Or what will be the next step? It passed 9 months and reaching to the 10th I hope to hear from them soon.

I need a good news very much nowadays.

Thank you guys
