case received 26 Feb 2019...... BIOMETRIC Sep 2019..... no updates for finger printing done in the profile. Marriage was on March 2016 to US citizen. Green card issue 4/21/2017 . Am I eligible to apply for N400 at this time. Does applying for N400 hasten things for i751. my centre is Nebraska but field office Pittsburg.... Can anyone guide please....

Just saw that I have an incoming letter today from USCIS. I just pray it’s for the biometrics. I filed October 2019.

Arrest after biometric
Hey guys
Appreciate if anyone has an answer to my question. I got arrested for possession of my own prescription drug and have to fight this in the court and go to trial.
This happened six months after I done my bio for i751.
Do you think this will be issue once it is my turn to adjudicate my pending application or probably the background check was completed shortly after the biometric was was taken?
I am not worried about being convicted because I have not done anything wrong it is just the court system is so slow and going for trial takes years I’m just wondering if my case will be held in abeyance?

Which processing center?
Hi everyone
I am confused, I see that people keep saying that their application is in Nebraska, or Potomac, or Vermont or California center, but when I sent mine the two only options were to either send it to Texas or Arizona lockbox, therefore how do you know where is your application?
I live in California, does that mean it was forwarded to CA center after it was sent to the lockbox?
How can you know the center in which your application is?

Hi,
After 2 years I am back and want to seek advise:
I am about to send i751 (removal of conditional) and thinking of including N400 (naturalization) since everything is delayed.
2 yr GC expires - April 30, 2020 so I'm planning on submitting it Jan 31, 2020 (End of this month)
Is there any changes made recently or other forms and documents that I need to include?
Any thoughts and advise? I appreciate all your help

Green Card Renewal with Misdemeanors
A friend of mine has been a US resident and living legally in the US for over 25 years now and is needing to renew his GC, however he has a misdemeanor and is now about to be convicted of a DWI misdemeanor B. Has anyone been denied renewal for these offenses? Does anyone have any advice I can give him? Thank you.
