i-751 "Appeal was dismissed" update
Hi guys!
I did my interview for N-400 and a pending i-751 yesterday. Immigration officer was very nice. First started with I-751 interview, went through all of my evidence, concluded that all was in order and she will be approving it. Next she did the citizenship interview and everything went well. she said she will be approving that as well, even gave me some briefing about the oath ceremony. 45mins after my interview, I received a notification on my I-751..."Appeal was dismissed and case remains denied...." I never filed for an appeal, neither was I notified of any prior denial. I even received my 24 months green card extension letter last week. Please have any one been in similar situation? What should I do? Contacting USCIS on phone have been fruitless....

SRC ready to be scheduled for Interview
Hey y’all! I consulted with my lawyer regarding an interview being scheduled. I haven’t received a notice in the mail and on the website it just states ready to be scheduled for an interview. He advised that they may approve it and I may not be scheduled for an interview. Has that ever happened where they don’t schedule an interview after stating that they are ready to schedule for an interview on the USCIS website?

Traveling to Mexico with a 10 year GC. I know I have posted this before but looking to get more information.
Hi all! I got my 10 year GC approved at the end of October last year. We have booked a trip to Mexico for the end of this month (6 day trip). I have an Indian passport and the 10 year GC. What other documents will I need to travel into Mexico and then enter back into the US? (Husband is a USC and we are traveling together).

If anyone has personal experience traveling to Mexico and then entering back into the US with a 10 year GC (Or any approved GC), can you please share your experience?

Thank you so much!!

Is Potomac Center the slowest
Priority date 1/2021. Received 24 months extension on 11/2021. From what I have read other centers are getting processed in about a year .

Potomac is still processing from mid 2020. Is Potomac the slowest and worst luck of your application lands there ? Why is there such a huge difference between Potomac center and others . Can we request for the application to be processed at a different center with better timelines and efficiency ?

I-751 Wavier Potomac filer Feb 2021
HELP! From past few days I have been a bit depressed about my i-751. I have filed my i-751 wavier and Think I didn’t submit much evidence for my bonafide marriage. As of now I am already divorced and the evidence for my marriage was photographs, tickets of the trips which we took together, we were only married for a year so I had the joint tax returns for that year, joint lease since we were living in a family house, affidavits from her family members that she was being abusive, marriage certificate, police report of an accident which we got into, tried to open an joint bank account but she took it down, letter from her doctor stating that I was with during her stay in the hospital for 3 like 3-4 months. Pictures and text message of her cheating on me with her current husband.
I don’t know if this evidence is enough to get my I-751 approved. Also I have an experienced lawyer working on my case.

LIN receipt .......I-751 interview scheduled.
I tracked my application and saw that interview was scheduled and notice will be mailed. Does anyone knows if it takes up to 4-5 weeks to attend the interview?
I also filled for N400 early January and I received the application notice and the fingerprint been reused notice too via online. Is it possible that I will have a combo interview?

Should I go for this interview with my wife or just me. I also planning on going to the interview with the same documents I sent earlier and some updated documents too. What are the likely questions they will ask?
If you know please share. My case was transferred to NBC and interview scheduled with 5weeks. Please help if you know any possible questions and documents I can go with.
 Thanks

I-751 still pending
Hi everyone
I am planning to travel in April 2022.
I am in the process of waiting for an interview for my I-751 (applied in 10/2019!!!)
My green card has been expired since 01/20
I got my green card stamp in June 2021
I received in 12/21 an new extension letter for 24 months

My question is:
Does the extension apply to my green card stamp of June 2021
Or
Of my expired green card of 01/20

Also I would like to know what I need for reentry

Thank you!
