Case transferred and new office has jurisdiction Jan 19 2021
Case was updated to show fingerprint were taken Jan 29 2021
I dont remember when I got first extension letter.
24 month extension letter recieved Dec 2021
case ready for interview Jan 2022
interview was last week. Feb 2022
My friend cousin got interview last month in Los angeles/CA. When I talk with him , he said immigration hiring right now retired soldier for all interview they take him 3 hour there whatevet.
Mine is was same he was soldier around 70 years old.
We went there 7:00 am appointment was 7:15 so take took us 8:00 am he ask us couple question then he said I will take you outside 5 min. He saprate us.
He got me after my wife inside. My wife was waiting outside He just start to asking me question:
When did you guys move house ?
When you guys married ?
Which side do you sleep in bed ?
What color bed sheet ?
What kind complex do you guys living ? (apartmen, townhouse or condo )
Did you guys go honeymoon ?
How much rent ? Do you have housemate ? How much do you pay ?
If you watch outside from your bedroom what do you see ?
What is your wife mom and dad name spell it ?
Whats your wife best friend name ?
How did you guys came here ?
What did you guys eat last dinner or last breakfast ?
He was so nice. I was lucky , because first interview was 4 hour yes 4 hour 3 year ago. also we got almost exactly same question. its take 25 min everthing then he said I will check everthing if i dont need anything I will confirm and you can see online status 48 hours and you will take 10 GC 8 weeks After 18 hour status changed
New Card Is Being Produced I will recieve soon finally. I just make ready my N-400 paper when I got GC i will send same day everthing.

EAC filer. Fingerprints status
Hello all, I applied for ROC i751 in June 2021. Had my fingerprints taken December 10th 2021. Its been over 2 months but the uscis case status is still not reflecting this. Still says case received status. How long will it take the status to get updated with fingerprints information. should I contact uscis or just keep checking the website.

Travel with pending I-751 (24 month extension notice)
Hi,
I am planning to travel to India in March 2022. My conditional GC expired in December 2021. I had applied for I-751 (removal of conditions) in September 2021 and have notice from USCIS with 24 month extension.
I want to know experience of people traveling with passport, expired GC and 18/24 month LPR extension. Especially for India and would it create any issue with airline check-in on the way back from India to USA? Not sure why my return is bothering me and i am unable to book my tickets because of that.
Any insights and tips will be helpful.

ROC extensions
Hi,
I am currently about to submit I-751, my green card expires in March 13. My question is how long after the application is submitted how long does it take for me to get my extension?
I’m just extremely scared to lose my current job because of this, it will probably happen and that’s the sad truth but I just want to know some of you guys’ experiences with extensions.

i received 10 years green card instead of conditional 2 years green Card
Hello, Need looking for some info on my situation i received 10 years green card instead of 2 years Conditional. (married less than 2 years via Adjustment of status).
Do i still need to file 1-751 ? i spoke USCIS agent they told if you got 10 years that is not a conditional green card. confused on my situation. Can some one chime in if you have any thoughts ?

I-751 ROC on GC (Waiver)

I applied for ROC on my GC in Feb 2021. It was joint application, Now after 4 years of marriage, Sadly we are having problems and decided to part ways, We'll be filing for divorce shortly. My Lawyer said that it's best for my Spouse to write a letter to USCIS explaining the situation and the reasons for the divorce. And then send it to USCIS and request for the case to be seen as a "WAIVER". I was wondering if anyone has a format of how to write the letter? And is there any chance of denial on this case? Just curious. Please advise and any suggestions are welcomed.

N-400 Interview no update pending i-751
Hi,
I had my citizenship interview on 2/7/2022. I have i-751 application pending since 12/02/2020 last update was case transferred to another office. When I had my N-400 interview they did not ask anything about my i-751. At the interview immigration officer told me I have passed my citizenship interview, but another office has to remove my conditions on green card, and they will send me written decision to my address. I asked the officer I have more supporting documents for i-751 application. She said you do not anymore, I reviewed you have enough. I would like to know anybody has same scenario. How long do I have to wait for the oath or 10 years green card? I am from NYC and field office Queens, NY.

Same week after applying for n-400 received a notification that I-751 case has been transferred to another office.
What is the likelihood of combo interview to be scheduled?
What office could they transfer it and what can i expect next?
