Help RFE! Good Faith Marriage
Hi Everyone,
After waiting for two years for I751 to process through I received RFE.

" You did not submit sufficient evidence that you were granted conditional permanent resident status based on your marriage and that you entered into this marriage in good faith.
Please submit evidence to show that you entered the marriage in good faith and not for immigration purposes. The evidence should cover the period of time after you were admitted to/adjusted status in the United States"

What period is USCIS referring to when they say - "after you were admitted to/adjusted status in the United States"? Is it the same as when I received my green card? When we submitted I751 in May'20, we submitted evidence from when I received green card to May'20. I can certainly resend that along with with new evidence from May'20 to now. I have plenty of evidence. Just want to make sure I am covering the correct time period.
Regards

I-751 Service Center
What will be my service center for I-751 if I live in New Jersey? Would it be Vermont or Potomac?

California Service Center Processing Time for Form I-751
The processing time at the California Service Center for Form I-751 is now 7-11 months. That is a considerable decrease in USCIS’ backlog.

I-751 Receipt#SRC
Hello, I wanted to share my experience below. I filed my i751 jointly with my spouse. At the time of filing, we were separated but he agreed to file jointly. We were unsure if we were going to get back together so he decided to help. As of now, we are separated but still married. I received notice via the USCIS website that an interview will be scheduled. I am worried because I do not believe he would want to attend an interview since he has stated that before. What should I do? Also, the sworn affidavits I included attest to a happy marriage but we were separated is that bad? I included the following evidence:
 Copy of our marriage certificate
 Copy of our apartment rental agreement with joint occupancy
 Copy of our joint auto insurance card
 Copy of our joint health insurance card
 Copy of life insurance document, showing that my husband is the only beneficiary
 Copies of the tax statements for the previous two years (2018-2019)
 Copies of statements from our joint savings account for January 2020 to present.
 Copy of the bill of our car, showing joint ownership
 Copy of our credit card statement showing a joint account
 Photographs from our family’s new year party, our trip to the Rodeo (2018), Our trip to the state fair of Texas (2017), a night out with friends (2017), our trip to Colorado (2017), our trip to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, Louisiana (2018), Our trip to Big Bend National Park (2019), our trip to New York (2019), a night out with friends and family (2020)
 Two sworn affidavits by family members, attesting to our happy relationship and marriage.

This is the timeline for my case:

January 27, 2022 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
January 25, 2022 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.
August 27, 2020 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
August 26, 2020 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another USCIS office.
August 4, 2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

Form N400
Hi everyone please I need an advise. I got my green card august 2018 and I filled my I-751 in 2020 as separate from my spouse I got the 18months and 24months. When can I fill my naturalization this year 2022? Please help, I’m tire of the extension latter. It seems like only Immigrantion or boarder patrol knows how this works, other people can’t figure out the expiration date.
