N-400 on a pending I-751
Customer service reps are rude even though I Am so polite and patient. They always hung up on me and they do not provide me with information other than what I have on the website.
My 18 month has expired in November 5th and I have not heard anything about the 24 month.
my case was transferred right after I filed my N-400 and this is crazy. frustration level is 10/10
