I-751 Concern
Hi all, I’m a little stressed because of our current living situation (I’m the US citizen petitioning my wife)… I’m looking for some piece of mind on how my package stands at the moment, before I mail it out this Friday. My concern is that we have lived at my parents home since we got married so we don’t have any common house bills or lease/mortgage.
What we do have:
-Joint tax returns for 2019 & 2020 including transcripts.
-Pay stubs showing same address
-joint bank account statements
-individual bank account statements (I’m including a cover letter explaining why my wife still has her separate bank account, both account shows money being transferred from each other so hopefully this isn’t a problem).
-affidavit from my dad stating our current living situation.
-copy of driver license showing same address
-copy of health insurance, dental, eye showing same policy
-letter from my works HR stating that my wife is the 100% beneficiary to my life insurance and 401k
-copy of car insurance showing same address and names
-2 affidavits from friends
-copy of a receipt when I Upgraded my wife’s wedding ring
-hotel reservation (2)
-copy of boarding pass tickets
-25 photos with friends and family with descriptions
-doctor prescriptions showing same address
-random tax return checks showing both names and address
-Instagram anniversary post showing family and friend comments.

Can someone please help me ? I submitted my application to remove the conditions on my GC October 27th 2020. I just got a new job and I am trying to send a copy of my wife's and I shared medical, dental, vision and life insurance to the USCIS so it can be added to our support documents.

I-751 Green card conditions removal with divorce
Folks,
i need advise on I-751 GC conditions removal process, we are currently separated and divorce is currently filed. i am yet to file for I-751 petition and need to file latest by next month, and my divorce is in process and still not finalized, dont know when will i get my decree.
Now, how should i file my i-751 petition , with joint or with divorce waiver ? there is no question of wrong faith in marriage as we have a kid with marriage and holding shared custody of kid while divorce is going on. Please let me possible complications in my case and best possible remedy to file my case. Appreciate your inputs and help.

Hello all - my case was approved yesterday and I wanted to share my journey and some application details. This was a joint filing and we didn't get an RFE. We were lucky in that we got in just before the shutdown and have been basically waiting since biometrics were taken in March 2020.
Timeline:

2/5/2020 Application delivered (via FedEx) to Lewisville TX; application included form G-1145
2/10/2020 Received text from USCIS acknowledging receipt and case #; assigned to Potomac Service Center (YSC2090116ZZZ)
2/11/2020 Checks encashed; I sent separate checks for filing and biometrics although this is not necessary
2/13/2020 Received 18m extension (notice date 2/7/2020)
2/29/2020 Received biometrics appointment notice (notice date 2/21/2020); biometrics scheduled on 3/12/2020
3/12/2020 Completed biometrics (case status was updated on same day to "case was updated to show fingerprints were taken")
2/3/2021 Filed N400 online (accepted same day IOE YYYY YYYY XX)
2/8/2021 Received N400 receipt in the mail (notice date 2/3/2021)
3/5/2021 Received biometrics reuse notice (notice date 2/28/2021)
10/7/2021 Status updated to "New Card Is Being Produced"
Summary of documents submitted (all of them had both our names) - joint bank account statements, credit card statements, tax returns and transcripts, pictures from trips, travel itineraries, sworn (but NOT notarized) affidavits from friends, wills, copy of leases and renters insurances, vehicle title and insurance, proof that we are each others beneficiaries on our 401K, and life insurance, and proof that we are on the same health insurance.

03/16/21- Notice & Extension letter ( 18 Months) received saying that -We received your I-751 form
04/02/21-Fingerprints relating to your form I-751, has been applied to your case.
10/04/21-On October 4, 2021, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number SRC **** *, and will mail it to the address you gave u.
10/05/21-On October 5, 2021, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC***. We sent you an approval notice.
No RFE & No Interview. Now I am just waiting for them to mail the Card & Notice of approval to me.
