24 months extension
Case received - Feb 1 2021 (EAC)
Extension letter received - Feb 22 2021 (18 months)
Fingerprint reused -Mar 23 2021
Extension letter received - Nov 6 2021 ( 24 months)
I didn’t expect to receive one considering my case was received since February 1st.
My assumption was only those who filed after July revived 24 months extension with the 18months extension, I was obviously mistaken.
I guess the waiting continues

Hi Friends,
I would like to thank everyone who shared information on this website. It helped me a lot. Here are my details
I-751 filing date Apr 15 2021
Approval date: October 27, 21
Vermont Service center
No RFE and no interview
I had an arrest record. I was arrested for simple assault involving domestic incidence. I spent a night in jail. Charged were dismissed without any plea deal. I used a lawyer. Please do not discouraged if you had similar issues. Please do lot of research before you file your petition or prepare for an interview. Lawyer will help you with the information but, do your own research. This website is very useful along with other websites in Google search. I really appreciate all the Friends who share their experiences and valuable information online. Please stay focused and strong. Good luck to everyone

I got mine yesterday. 24 month extension. I got 18 months before now when I submitted my for in December. I got notice for fingerprint reuse in May. I was surprised. When I asked my friend ,he said he got too. USCIS announced they will issue pending and new application's with 24 month extension from September 4 2021. It's normal. Thanks. Nebraska center

Extension
Hello everyone,

I applied for my I-751 in August. I got the notice letter pretty quick. Then in September I got my extension for 18 months. After that they sent me a letter that they will reuse my fingerprints. However today I got another extension but this time for 24 months. Has this happened to anyone before?

I751
Hi all,

Received the I751 Petition To Remove Conditions On Residence back in (01/19/2021) and (02/4/2021) Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken.
Since then nothing.......Is anyone having the same for people who filled their i751 in 2020/2021?

To anticipate and avoid the extension to also expire, is there anything I can do or apply for? What would happen if USCIS is taking longer than the expiring date from the extension? Any solutions?

Also, heard some kind of stamps but not sure this has to do anything with...

Let me know if anyone is able to give some tips or advice.
thank you!

Hi guys, quick question, I’m getting ready to file i751 to remove condition on gc. I see now I have to send the application among evidence to Arizona. How come I see ppl on here sending it to Texas? 2nd, my field office is San Francisco where my 1st interview was, will Phoenix send my application to them? If so, how long is the process time has been? Lastly, I have done the biometrics before, do I have to send the bio fees this time also for the card renewal? Thanks in advance
