USCIS seem to be taking way too long , here is my timeline so far and I live in Vermont
05/04/2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
06/12/2020 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.
05/25/2021 We received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, and sent you a receipt notice. (nothing about this till this day...still waiting for something 11/04/2021)
09/07/2021 On September 7, 2021, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR1 **** **** ***VSC, was assigned to an officer for response. for I-751

the answer was The processing of your case has been delayed. A check of our records establishes that your case is not yet ready for decision, as the required security checks remain pending. It is the most frustrating process I have ever gone through and not ended yet!!
today is 18 month since they received my I-751
