Travel with expired green card
Hi! I filed my I-751 on Jan 2021. I received a letter I-797 in Feb 2021, acknowledging they got my application and with this text - "your conditional resident status in extended for 18 months from the expiration date on your Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card. During this extension, you are allowed to work and travel. This notice along with your expired green card is evidence of your status and work authorization."
I am planning on traveling out of country in the next few weeks. Do I need I-551 stamp for re-entry into the US or will by expired GC + this I-797 letter be sufficient to get back in? Thank you!

I will send my I751 package jointly with my husband in November
We did not file tax jointly this year, because my husband was told he would not qualify to get health insurance if we file tax together income will be too high … we have a bunch of other prove
Is that going to be a big deal?

I-751 California Filing: Jan 2021
Hi All,
I am checking to see if anyone from California service center got any update on their I-751 filing. I see that processing time for WAC is now from 6-9.5 months. I see some folks from March 2021 filing already got update. Was checking to see anyone else got any updates on their filing.
Since filing my application in Jan 2021 with waiver, I have not seen any update. My application only says application received. Looking forward to hearing from other folks if they got any update.

When to apply to N-400
Hello. I just applied for I-751 3 months ago and i know I have a long journey ahead. My 3 years since GC approved will be in Sep 2022. Is it true that no matter If i-751 is in process or not, I can still apply for N-400? If so , when can I apply for N-400?

I751 timeline for Texas service center
Did anyone got their I751 approval from Texas service center. Looks like their timeline was 5-7.5 till yesterday and it changed to 5.5-9.5 months now.

Any i751 Nov 28, 2020...still waiting NYC Vermont center
My case EAC*** has not moved since my fingerprints have been applied to my case on Feb 16th, 2021.
What's the next step and what do you think the time line is for nov 2020 filers from NYC...using vermont service center.

I751 PLEASE HELP !!!
Hi everyone. I am in a bad situation. My husband and I have been married for 3 years, and I have had my conditional green card. My husband and I filed the I751 with lots of evidence back in April 2021, case has been updated to show fingerprints were taken ( NYC filing ). Last month my husband got drunk and hit me, the police got involved and issued a criminal Order Of Protection against him or the next several months ( approximately 5 ). How will this affect my i751 case that he had filed if there is an interview ?? Will USCIS find out there is an order of protection so he can't attend the interview with me ?

They received my case February 26 and I received my extension letter around 2 weeks later and after that my case status only says case was received and no more updates after that do I am from south jersey and my case vermont center any one has same experience thanks guys
