I am willing to do this only if its required for you people otherwise I will drop this and continue giving my feedback.

Applying B1 visa first time
Hi Everyone,
I have gone through various posts on this site and drafted few questions for my visa interview scheduled in the last week of February at Mumbai. Please provide your valuable feedback / inputs.

Questions-

What is your purpose of visit?
I am going to attend Project meetings with Global team members from other geographic location and stakeholders to discuss road-map regarding our project.

What exactly are these meetings about (doing in US)?
There will be discussions about future road map of project and solution to issues with the present system design.

Tell me about your project.
This project is about designing new system to improve XX data and to get rid of current system as it allows end users to create duplicate records of existing ones.

Why are they sending you not somebody senior?
I have been the part of this project since it started and with my knowledge on the project I will be able to provide my inputs during the discussions for the betterment of project

Why can’t you have meetings over conference calls from India?
We have people coming from different time zones including Brazil, Australia, and Germany for this project. So, it is not possible to set up conferences to include these many time zones at single time.

How can you guarantee me that you will return?
I am employed with XX India (my company name) and I have dependent parents back at home.

How will you/your company benefit from these meetings?
Realistic approach for this project will be decided in these meetings.

What will you do after coming back from these meetings?
As I am xx analyst, I will analyze project requirements discussed in the meetings which includes framing realistic implementations that technical team can understand to implement the project.

What exactly is your role in company? (DS 160 duties)
My role is provisioning and improving XX data, analyzing requirements for their realistic implementations.

Please provide your inputs for my answers.
