Hello.
Just have a question.
I got married last year on Apr. in NY state..
We sent all the papers on Sept. and Immigration received it on Oct 12 . 2018.
My fingerprints was scheduled on November 15 2018.
Since than nothing. No update.
The USCIS website says (still) for my case status : "Case was received".
Anybody has or had a same issue? No updates?!
They told me the waiting time to get the EAD is around 4-6 months. (not 3 months like before). . So I'm not worry...yet .
But I heard for other people they know more details about their cases. Is this something I have to worry about or this is just random? Someone has the updates someone doesn't ?!

Finally, after a month of waiting since the Approval Notice I've received a message that a new card was produced.... Such a stressful time for me it was.
Not sure if this was because of congressman's or ombudsman help, or simply the officer who was working on my case is back from vacations. Hope to receive an actual EAD next week, not next month..
And if you are still waiting and outside of processing time or having some financial or other problems - try to write to your local congressman etc. I was more relaxed since i knew i did everything i could.

PD Aug 27, no update since "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" on October 1, 2018 for I-765 and I-485.
After reading this forum I found out that Sept filers had received EADs and I just started loosing hope. I have an inquiry pending since Feb, 15 and it is currently not assigned for processing. What should I do? Does a long processing mean that there is a problem with the case?
We filed I-130, while my husband was greencard holder back in 2017, after he got his citizenship in Aug 2018, I filed I-485&I-765. It took NBC a month and a half to transfer my I-130 from California. Can that be a reason of delay?

Hey guys,I received my ead Friday and went down to my SSI office today. They told me my SSI card was printed yesterday and I ask the girl to give me the number while I wait for the actual card to be mailed out.
So I can now go job hunting.

Faxed Expedite proof - 01/17
No updates since then. Case has been pending for 155 days. I called uscis last Friday and the tier 2 officer told me someone touched my case on that same day, so I assume someone is actively reviewing my case. Does anyone have similar experience? How long does it usually take for an officer to review a case and make a decision?

Its been 130 days and no update on my i-765. However my i-485 case was updated 02/20/2019 to "Interview was schedule". How long does it take to receive the in person interview. My date in 10/19/2018. Any October filers. Mt case is at NBC.
