Finally got an update!
Yesterday I finally got an update that my card is being produced! Not sure if everything I did helped or not but here is my timeline:

PD: 9/12
Received notice that my precious biometrics will be used (applied for AOS before EAD/AP): 10/12
Biometrics review was completed: 10/18
Requested expedite: 1/31
Got email requesting supporting docs & faxed them that same day: 2/4
Contacted Ombudsman office: 2/14
Got an email back from Ombudsman saying they contacted USCIS regarding my case: 2/20
Card being produced: 2/22

Good luck everyone! Keep trying, something will stick I promise. Now hopefully getting my card isn’t a hassle :)

Ead delivered to post box or house(where someone should sign)
Hi everyone - Thanks to everyone who shares their experiences.
I have mostly been a silent reader.

I need your suggestions friends.
I’m eagerly waiting for my EAD card as I have to start working.

Those who received the card - will it be left in the post box or will it be given at the house door and someone should sign it??

Does anyone suggest holding mail in post office a better option??

I don’t want to lose my card after waiting for it for sooo long

Please help me , suggest me.

God bless you all, thank you!!

EAD renewal delay
Hi everyone,
I am waiting for my EAD renewal since June 25, 2018, and it has been expired 3 months ago.
I did inquire the "outside normal processing time" two times.
in their latest email they said You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this lette.
any suggestion or guidance would be appreciated.
How should I contact the congressman office? does it need an appointment? would be helpful?

OPT EAD expired. I-485 & I-765 pending (marriage based)
PD: 09/16/18
Expedited: 12/13/18
USCIS confirmed receiving Supporting evidence: 01/08/19

My STEM OPT expired on 02/03/19. Employer willing to keep me on the job as long as there is a policy. I looked immigration lawyers online on different forums. Some lawyers say it is allowed based on marriage to United States Citizen and some laywers says there is no such law.
Can anyone help?

Thanks
