EAD pending for 272 days
I’ve been stressing out for the past nine months about my work permit delay, NBC received my application on 05/25/2018 unfortunately No update since then . My current work permit has expired , as well as the automatic extension so I had to resign from my job . I inquired about my case couple times No response. On February 8th I requested to expedite the case , next day I received a response regarding the case inquiry not the expedition . The email says “ my case is under review and should hear from them shortly “ I logged into the USCIS website I could see that my request to expedite my case was assigned to an officer and was completed .

EAD renewal approved
Sent in renewal July 2018..involved congresswoman,senators and Ombudsman this month and received CARD IS IN PRODUCTION this morning.
I can hold that while I wait on my green card. Thank you guys for all the update and my congresswoman’s office was of great help. I’ll answer any questions if any.

Hey guy, can someone share his experience after inquiring “outside normal processing time” service request?
My PD is August 31 2018 and I did inquire the outside normal processing time today they said I should hear from them by March 14, 2018.

My status was updated again to card was picked up by usps, I'm tracking it and I should have my card Friday. I'm so happy this part is almost over.

STEM OPT Expired. Can I continue working while I-485 & I-765 pending?
Hello everyone,
STEM OPT expired on 02/03/19. Expedite request still in process, tried getting congressman and senator involved but no help. Ombudsman office just told me that make sure you have any policy in hand that says I am allowed to work even after EAD expired. USCIS says they can’t help and get Attorny assistant. Please any similar experience?

I 765 - Receipt date : 08/15
Appointment fingerprint : 10/01
I have still no news about my EAD, it has been now 189 days. Someone is in the same case ?
