Anyone get EAD renewal approved less than 6 months?
I am really curious
You need to wait at least 6.5 months or 200 days+ to get a work permit which will valid for only one year
back to 3-4 years ago EAD approval is nothing because you just need to wait 90 days at most

Hi everyone! Has anyone (F-1 student) applied for post-completion OPT EAD and filed at the Potomac center? If yes? When did you apply? Have you gotten your EAD card yet? Please share your timeline!
My case was received on Nov. 28 and the status says "Case Received" for the past 76 days and the job that I applied for want to know roughly when I would be able to start and I can't seem to give them a solid answer because I really don't know.

Reaching 180 days and wife facing job loss
EAD is still not here...I know most of us are on the same boat, but our lawyer hasn't been helpful at all so I'm starting to look elsewhere for help. My wife and I have been waiting since September and have about a month left before the 180 day extension expires, which would force her to leave her job and we depend on both of our incomes for our livelihood...How exactly do we go about expediting? Also going to be calling congressmen, USCIS (for the nth time) and continue to search different avenues, but wanted some feedback from others who have successfully pushed their EAD through.

Ead expedite - failed
Hi every body,
Would you share plz if you have experienced the same situation:

we filed with NBC on November 13th 2019
Expedite request December 19th
Faxed the supporting documents on January 1st
Case under review on January 4th
Get the congressmen involved on 5 January
today I received this email from congressmen
" Re: EXPEDITE
Name: Axxxxxx M×××××××
Receipt Number: MSCxxxxxxxxx
Form: I-765
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your constituent’s case is pending at this time. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also complying with all relevant directives. While the processing steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays.
We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on your constituent's case as soon as possible. "

09/04/2018 - We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
10/02/2018 - As of October 2, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-765,

EAD I-765 Replacement
I filled an application for an EAD replacement in 1-28. They cashed the money in 1-30. Till now I did not receive my notice of action. I am waiting for the receipt to renew my driving license, it gonna be expired on March.
Does anyone have recent experience of how long the receipt will take?

OMG Finally EAD new card produced

Nov 5 Case is ready to be scheduled for the interview.
After 6 months first contacted Congressman office. I was informed the office is being setup at your location at this moment if you need immediate assistance contact senator.
Raised a SR - no answer
Contacted senator - They were helpful listened to me what is my issue and asked me to sign the privacy release form. They contacted Uscis and Uscis replied saying my case is still under normal processing time even though its not. When i explained my situation the senator office said when USCIS say something we have to honor that and there is nothing their office can do and asked me to contact the office if i didn't receive any updates in 30 days so i was counting my days.
Contacted ombudsman - Filled the form 7001 online and i got a reply after few saying they contacted the USCIS and awaiting for the response.
Raised a second SR - no answer
Infopass appoinment - Went lo local field office to get some information and the officer initially said they cant do anything and later when i elaborated my situation he looked into the system and said the file has been assigned to the officer 2 days back and i should hear something in the next few weeks.
Finally today after 213 days the status in my app changed to new card being produced.
I really thanks this forum as everyone was providing their feedback and suggestions which helped me.
