Infopass experiences
1. In case you can’t cancel infopass appointment,there is no issue
2. EAD will be automatically extend for 180 days even if you don’t extend EAD . Mostly will get a letter automatically saying it’s extended. In case you don’t get letter, employer can check EAD and it will be extended... officer checked mine and said it’s extended and also gave a printout
3. Regarding 485, it’s not yet taken for processing... since SR said a response with in 60days , officer said that it may be processing soon ...

It's been 7 months now since we had our interview. We were told that we will get an answer within 120 days like everyone. In between i did several Service Requests...but got the same reply " STILL UNDER REVIEW". We did contact congressmen office too.
To be honest, i think USCIS is one of the poorest service here in the USA with some old school folks working as head of departments or whatever. They are still in 1980's they don't know time has changed. I see people waiting for their immigration from months to years but they don't care about anything.
USCIS customer service call center - I still don't understand why they have it because it doesn't make any sense. We call them to know something more in detail about the status but they just read the same status you can see from the USCIS online page which make no sense.
Is there any system that we can directly contact to the HEAD OF USCIS or something like that??. This USCIS system need to be changed. They need to speedup these process.

Auto-renewal EAD
Hello! Does anyone knows who the auto renewal works for EAD? Since Jan 2017, expired EAD will have a automatically renewal for 180 days, but I am not sure if I will have a new card or not. Does anyone use this? Thanks!

I-485 Employment Based - Interview Requirements
One of the Interview Requirement is Affidavit of Support Form (I-864) . Does this form Applicable for Employment based GC ?
Also If I-140 and I-485 Applied Concurrently - Do we need to get the Supplement J for the Interview.
