H4 to EB1 (Indian citizen) Extraordinary Ability TIMELINE
I am an Indian citizen living in US (on H4), who applied under EB-1 A (Extraordinary Ability Category) for myself and my spouse.

April 14, 2016 : Sent the i140 petition

May 20, 2016 : USCIS sent a Receipt Notice of the petition.

June 2nd, 2016: i140 Approved!!

.....Waited for the Priority Date for Indian citizens to get CURRENT to be able to file for Adjustment of Status....

October 3, 2016 : Filed for AOS

Assigned to Nebraska Service Centre.

February 17, 2017 : Received EAD/AP cards for both me and my spouse.

March 2, 2017: Biometrics/Fingerprints done.

October 20, 2017: Got RFE for both (Spouse and I) for separate reasons.

November 18, 2017: Responded to RFE from our end.

November 28, 2017: USCIS received our Response to the RFE.

December 4, 2017: Case Status changed to "New card is being produced" !! (for both of us)

December 10, 2017: Received Green Cards in mail.

It's been a long, frustrating and a stressful journey. And I empathize with each one of you who keeps looking up other applicants' timelines to get hopeful about their own. I have been doing exactly that for the last year and a half. Hope my timeline can give a little peace of mind and motivation to some of you. All the very best!

EB1C TSC Last week of Oct 2017 Filer
Hi Friends,
I have two questions:

1. Mine is a concurrent filing done in last week of Oct-2017 at TSC. I am still waiting for Biometric appointment notice. Does it take more than a month to receive this notice considering the Biometric fee receipt date was in the first week of Nov 17. Is there anyone else out there with same timeline waiting for Biometric notice?

2. Are the EAD and I-140 approval linked to Biometric or are they independent and Biometric is only for I-485?

Thanks

Address change
I recently changed my address (moved to a different state) and promptly completed AR-11 form and mailed to USCIS Virginia office.

I didn't get any ack from USCIS. Is this normal? How do I know if they received and made changes accordingly?

My tracking number shows they received it.
