Spouse Greencard
My wife's I-485 was approved on 4/18 and received her greencard on 4/25 but my I-485 still "fingerprint fee was received".
Is this normal? My wife was the applicant and I filed as a dependent spouse. My lawyer said it's a normal operating procedure but most of the cases that I read in this forum I-485 for both applicant and their dependents were approved at the same time.

Did anyone had similar experience that can be shared?

RFE Review passed 60 days
Good day all,

NSC has received my response to RFE on February 16, 2017, but since then haven't heard anything back. So it's been more than 60 days since they are reviewing RFE.

Has anyone got the same experience? what is the most USCIS might review your RFE.

EB2 , I-485 case.

I-485 after RFE
Hello,

I received an RFE for gonorrhea and USCIS updated my case to RFE received last April 19th. Any idea how long would it take for USCIS to decide on my I485, thanks.

EAD pending due to RFE
My I140 has been approved (EB1 category) and my dependent has got the EAD card. However, my EAD card is still pending. I checked my online status almost 15 days ago and it said "Request for additional evidence has been mailed to you". I haven't received anything from them yet.
Is this normal for the mail to get delayed? How long (maximum) does it take for the RFE to arrive after the online status is updated?
I am worried because what if the letter has been misplaced and they are expecting a response from me while I am still waiting.
Did anyone experience such situation?
Please help
