Employment Based Greencard

Hey,

I have been using this site to try and determine what would happen in my case, but from what I can tell it's a bit random what happens in each case, or at least not clear. To those that have received their GC approvals congrats!

My case is as follows,
EB2, Texas service Center

07/22/16 - I-140 and I-485 filled together
07/25/16 - I-140 and I-485 received
08/12/16 - I140 Premium processing filled
08/26/16 - I-140 approved with Premium processing
10/10/16 - Biomertics Done
10/13/16 - EAD/AP Approved
10/27/16 - EAD/AP Card received
01/11/17 - Texas Center processing dates showing I-485 employment based date of 07/28 (has not changesd since)
01/12/17 - Submitted inquiry on taking longer than processing time
01/27/17 - Received Inquiry response, saying case is currently in line for processing and adjudication.

Issues that may be complicating my case, though the lawyer says it shouldn't be:
- Delayed Biometrics due to Wife and son being out of country and could not file their I-485 until their return
- When they returned in August USCIS placed a backlog on I-485 and wife and son could not file until October 1st
10/3/16 - Wife and son's I-485 received
late October/Eraly November - Wife and Son's Biometrics
12/14/17 - Wife and Son's EAD/AP approved
01/03/17 - Wife and son's EAD/AP cards received

Anyone know of similar cases or any updates from Texas center that would help me understand my case???

10/18-- I-485/I-131/I-765/I-140 Concurrent Sent package
10/27-- NOA received
11/18- Biometrics done
1/23-- EAD/AP approved
1/30-- Receieved combo card
2/17-- 4:00 PM - I-485 status changed to new card being produced
2/17-- 8:55 PM-- -I-485 case approved

By God's grace its all done and we are in the final step before we receive the card.

USCIS Processing Time Information has been updated. All dates have been updated to July, 28 2016.
Is this possible or do you think it is a mistake?

Does anyone know how long (approximately) takes "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" reviewing RFE documents?
It's Nebraska Center, EB2, stage of I-485.

Just got my change if status approved based on my I-140 from almost 2 years ago.

The issue I think was that we married right before my change of status request. When we went in for the interview the officers at first could no understand why we were even called for the interview since the merits on getting this card was purely on employment and not marriage. Nevertheless we mentioned to him that we suspected it was for that reason and he reviewed our documents for a few minutes and asked us the basic laundry list of questions from if you are a communist to a terrorist.

here is my timeline:

04/09/2015 I-140 filing premium
04/21/2015 I-140 approved

Note:Had to travel a lot for my job so decided to get a O1 in the meantime

05/04/2016. I-485, I-131, I-765 received by USCIS
05/17/2016. Accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485
06/09/2016. Biometrics notice received with 6/24/2016 appointment
06/22/2016. EAD & AP combo card approved
06/24/2016. Biometrics completed
06/24/2016. EAD & AP combo card ordered
06/28/2016. EAD & AP delivered
07/25/2016. I-485 RFE received
09/01/2016. RFE Response Received by USCIS
09/11/2016. Response expected on the case with supplied evience for the RFE
11/01/2016. Case Was Transferred to NBC
01/10/2017. Interview Granted for the 15th of Febriary
02/15/2017. Interviews and was told that the case looks good
02/15/2017. Same day end of day got a text message that I and the spouse was approved.

Waiting now for the green cards to be mailed to our lawyer office

Finally this whole ordeal is over, I hope in 5 years we can get our citizenship. I was wondering if there was a short cut to citizenship. I head through the military, but not sure I want to go that route since Trump is the current commander and chief.

Waiting since then.

Below are my Dates.

July 22, 2016 Received date
Aug 1, 2016 Notice Date
September 7, 2016 Got I-131 approval
October 26, 2016, Got EAD

My case was filed with TSC on 29th November and Receipts received on 10th December followed by Finger Printing on 28th December. Since then no change to status. Even the Processing timelines haven't changed since couple of months. Any one who is in this timeline, got EAD/AP?

Hi Everyone, Here is my situation.

I-485 (I-140, EB1A, TSC): Application went to NSC from lockbox (don't know why because I live in TSC region)
EAD/AP: July 19, 2016 (filing date)
EAD/AP card received on Aug 30, 2016
Biometrics done on Sep 1, 2016

From Sep 1, 2016 to until now: Finger print fee received (no RFE's)

Any suggestions for the long delay (7 months after 485 filing date)
Is this normal with NSC? or is my case under extended investigation?
