TSC- Any recent approvals?
Hey there,
Has any one had their AP, EAD cases approved from Texas Service center?
It's been a couple of months since I applied, got my bio metrics done over a month ago. I was hoping to get the combo card by now, Has anyone had any approvals from TSC lately? Is it coz of the holidays? Will I have to wait until after new years day to actually hear anything from them? Would be nice to know if anyone have gotten any recent approvals from TSC.

Since I found this forum to be very helpful and have certainly helped me in understanding more about the whole process, the following is my timeline:
12/2016: PERM approved
1/2016: Filed I-140 and I-140 concurrently with Nebraska Service Center(NSC)
2/2016: Biometrics
3/2016: EAD and AP combo card received
4/2016: Second Biomterics
6/2016: I-140 approved
8/2016: Case transferred from NSC to local field office. In person interview at local field office. Reason is that biometrics were not successful. Had to go submit police reports from all jurisdictions I lived in the past 5 years. Visa retrogression - had to wait until after 10/1 for I-485 to be approved. Case was transferred to MSC and then Texas Service Center.
11/2016: RFE requested. a) Since 8/1, a new item was added to physical examination, had to return to civil surgeon to complete that test and submit updated test result b) Updated police report c) Updated employment verification.
12/2016: Submitted service request. I-485 approved yesterday.
It has been a longer than usual process as EB-2 cases usually do not require interviews but it is worth the wait. A great Christmas present and wonderful note to end the year.

Nebraska Service Center Processing time
Currently I-485 processing time says April 2, 2016. Generally how accurate is this? Is there anybody here who filed after April 2 and have already gotten their GC?

Hi,
Did anyone obtain I-485 approvals recently, especially from Texas service center? Feels like a long wait. The Receipt numbers following mine have been approved, but no answer yet on mine. Status still says "Fingerprint fee received".
Interesting enough, the processing times for the service centers have not even been updated either this month.

Job change while pending I-485
Hello,
I concurrently filed my I-485 and I-140 under EB-1B on July 21, 2016. I-140 got approved in 7 days. Received EAD/AP in Sep 2016. I-485 is still pending. Can I switch jobs once I complete 180 days from filing I-485? Are there any issues that I should be careful about?

If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below."
It seems like still pending ther! How can I do now?
