EAD Reciept number, submitting SR
Hey Guys, I feel really dumb. I have raised an e-request for SR on my EAD.
I called them to make check if it was filed correctly or if I could raise it through the phone if need be, but I can't get passed the point where it asks me to enter my receipt numbers. I don't know how to enter the alphabets on the phone and it doesn't accept numbers only. I tried doing something like pressing 7777 for alphabet 'S' but it didn't work.
I can't talk to a person over the phone either. It seems like either receipt number or hang up.
Has anyone had this problem? Any help is really appreciated.

EB2 approved on 1/11/16 by NSC
Hello, everyone.
I would just like to share the good news with all of you that my and my wife's I-485 application (EB2 row) has been approved this morning. Our PD was 6/2/16. We have been patiently waiting and praying, and waiting and praying. Finally, it's been approved! It's been a long wait considering the unexpected retrogression last year, and the slow moving processing times towards the latter part of this year! To those who are in the EB2 row at NSC, I guess this is a proof that things are moving, albeit slow. Just be patient, and keep the faith! I read from one post just earlier that they already updated the 1-485 processing times to May 2016. I wish you all the best!

EB1 Nebraska SC timeline
My application was filed on Jun 20, 2016 with Nebraska Service Center. Till date the case status shows Fingerprint Fee Received. The processing date for NSC (as of Oct 31, 2016) shows as April 2, 2016.
Has anyone filed on or after June 20th and received their I-485 approval?

We submitted our i485 (EB2) on March 18th and haven't heard back from them. Apparently, they haven't updated the processing times for December yet either.
Is anyone in the same situation as us? How long should we expect to wait more to get i485 approved?
