L1 Blanket Visa Approved
Thanks to this forum users and moderators.
Happy to inform that my L1 Blanket got approved yesterday .
Just go through this forum once before going to the interview , i am sure you will be getting your visa stamped . i was in am immense pressure as my company and my manger wanted my visa to be approved at any cost .. it was like my manager was more worried than me :) .. Here are some few points i would like to mention ..
1 . be confident in you answers.
2. be dressed in formals(Its better if you have tie).
3. Have a smile on your face when you greet them.
4. Dont panic
5. Key point is answer the cross questions and make and eye contact with the visa officer.

My L1 Blanket experience at Hyderabad
Guys,
I have attended by Blanket L1 B Visa in Hyderabad today. My interview is scheduled at 9:45 AM. I have reached the consulate office at 9:10 AM. Dont go in advance because they dont allow you to go inside before 30 minutes.
After completing fee payment (Counter No 2) I have gone for initial screening.
There are some pre screening counters, where I have submitted my documents. They have taken my finger prints & gone though the documents and added a comment saying "Prior Refusal Found" on my document.
From there I have gone to Waiting area by collecting a token at the entrance.
I have waited for 2 mintues before appearing for main interview.
Here goes my interview.
Cons. Off -> Which company you are working for
Me -> YYYY
Cons. Off -> WHen was your Visa refused in Chennai
Me -> Last year July
Cons. Off -> Which company you were working at that time
Me -> YYYY (same company)
She has looked at my documents for 2 or 3 seconds
COns. Off -> Oh, you have been been working with YYYY from last 3 years
Me -> yes
COns. Off -> What is your specialized knowledge
Me -> YYYYY
COns. Off -> Is that developed by your company
Me -> yes. We use that tool to develop core banking products.
Cons. Off -> WHo is your client
Me -> ZZZZ.
She asked me to spell it to update that in system.
Cons. Off -> How long have you been working for this client
Me -> 3 years.
SHe has approved my Visa and thats all....
Be confident when you are giving the answers.

I had my Visa interview in Chennai consulate today. I had nearly had to wait in the queue for nearly 2 hrs to reach the interview counter.
But the interview got over in less than a minute!
Questions asked to me:
Me: Hi Goodmorning!
VO: Good morning, How are you?
Me: I am fine, How about u?
VO: Doing good!
VO: How many years your are working with ZZZ?
Me: X yrs
VO: Who is ur client?
Me: ZZZ
VO: What project ur working on?

THis forum really helped me a lot. I was ready with all the questions I read here. The entire experience was good without any hiccups.
I had my interview for L1B in Chennai centre. Everything was organized and the staff helped at every step.
My Interview ended in 5 minutes with only two questions:
Q1) For how many years you are working with this company?
Q2) How many people from this company are working in the US?
In between, the officer was reading something on his desktop.He hardly loked at my face as his entire concentration was on his desktop.
And then he said..we will send the passport within a week.

My L1B was approved last week.
As said in this forum, all the procedures were same and they Questions are similar.

ME: Hi.. Good Morning Sir..

ME : Gave a brief explanation about purpose of travel.
VO : How long you are working for this client ?
ME : 1 year
[VO started signing papers]
VO : your visa is approved.
Gave 2 form, said 1 is for your employer and one is for you.
He gave a big smile.
ME : Thank you sir, Have a nice day.
My observation, all VO and staff are very friendly and helpful. Their Job is to provide visa for the needful.
Dont take tensions, jus smile as said in this forum and spill only the required beans.
Visa is yours !!
